"Over all the stay was good. But the details wasn't at five star level. We had roomservice and there was no cutlery. In the spa we did receive ropes after asking (even though we stayed in a suite). We asked the front desk to call a taxi, but he replied after a phone call that the taxi company didn't answer but recommended us to take the subway because it't cheaper. How ever very friendly staff in the restaurant, especially at breakfast service. And very good spa therapists. "

"Hotel is nicely located by the Business Park area. Easy access to transportation. Breakfast is phenomenal. Air-conditioning in our room needs upgrade it couldn't quite keep up with the heat of summer. Other than that it was great. "
