"Very convenient location, near Forio port. Quite noisy, but the windows block most of the noise. The room was super dated with furniture from the ‘70’s. Same with the bar area.
The garden is nice with two thermal water pools, plus there’s a warm indoor pool. They have mud treatments and many other treatments in the spa area.

Our flight landed very late due to delays, we were able to catch the last ferry to ischia and hotel info said last check in was at 21:00 but we got there around 23:30 and they let us check in still and Antonio saved us dinner and served us some dinner even when dinner was already done hours ago. La cosa peggiore probabilmente sono le stanze troppo antiquate. Ma purtroppo questo "problema" ad ischia è abbastanza comune. La posizione è strategica sia per le spiagge che per il centro. "It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol...

"Luigi is a fantastic host. He met us near the Forio ferry port and kindly walked us to the apartment, making sure we felt welcome right from the start. He explained everything we needed to know and ensured we had everything for a comfortable stay. Before our arrival, Luigi also sent us a detailed list of recommendations for things to do and see around the island, which was incredibly helpful.The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. It was very comfortable for three adults, with one bed and a sofa bed that worked well for our group. The washer and dryer were a great bonus. It’s located just off the main street in Forio—up a slight hill—but the location was perfect for exploring the area.We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return again soon!"
