"Everything and everyone was excellent "

"Ischia is such a special place. We were engaged in 2018 there and wanted to come back. We loved our little villa apartment. You can hear the waves from the room, that close! It’s easy to park with some guidance Antonio, a super host. His restaurant is right there, every dish we had was delish. There are other nearby walkable restaurants and a market. We’d stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the A.C., and TV. The internet was sometimes challenging but that’s Italy. Total value, great location and we’d go back. "

"Our stay was fabulous at Mezzatorre. The service staff is spot on. If you’re questioning if it’s worth it - it is. The breakfast was included however we didn’t realize it so we didn’t take advantage of it until the last day and we didn’t really even eat much. Also the thermal spas are included as well. And the bed and toiletries are great as well. We stayed 3 nights and felt like 1 more would have been better. "

"What really stood out at Regina Isabella was the service. The staff always remembered us and were so helpful and friendly. We loved laying out on the jetty and the food at the restaurant by the pool was some of the best we had during our stay. Breakfast was also incredible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again! "

"A glorious resort and thermal spa in the charming town of Lacco Ameno, 10 minutes walk from the public beach and with several excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Staff is wonderful, the thermal pools varied and very restorative and our room was large and comfortable. My only criticism would be our tiny tiny shower cubicle but otherwise our five days there were great."

"We just left Ischia after our first visit. As a family of four with two adults and two children, 3 and 7, this was a fantastic place to stay. The photos accurately represent the property. The views are as stunning as you see in the pictures, but of course better in person! They include all of the basic amenities needed and even did some light shopping for us before we arrived so we had some extra necessities for the kids. Check in was easy. Note that you have to pay 2/day in tax in cash. The place drips of ischia in terms of decor and style. Very clean and lots of light. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms beautiful. Only complaint with the bathrooms is the lack of a door on the downstairs bathroom - very limited privacy! It was very safe and parking was easy behind an automatic gate. Note that you share parking with the other villa on the property so it’s a little tight but doable. Speaking of which - there is another villa just below this one. We regretted not booking that one because it appeared to have a plunge pool which would have been great with the hot weather! Also you could hear voices from the other villa sometimes. The kitchen was excellent and well equipped and there is a small washing machine, and a drying rack outside. It is located perfectly - a short drive to Forio, and the rest of the island is also easily accessible. The Mariana gardens are directly across the street! In all we had an amazing time at this fantastic villa!"
