"The staff is extremely helpful and professional, especially the 2 door men Thanh and Lap, who always take care of my transportation, bring my heavy shopping bags up to my hotel room , and bring down my 3 heavy suitcases downstair for check in. They even asked whether I needed to order food for dinner before leaving at night to airport."

Perfect stay

"The room was spacious and clean, and they refreshed it every day. Laundry was very prompt and I needed it because I sweated through all my clothes! The gym is small but it worked for me and has an amazing view. The pool deck is great, but the pool itself is in shade in the afternoon. The staff was courteous and responsive. I went to the spa twice and it was amazing; affordable too! The breakfast was also wonderful every morning. I only ordered food from the bar once and it was ok. Other than that, perfect stay!"

Great 5 * hotel - well located

"The hotel is very well located if you plan to visit Ho Chi Min on foot. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. The service is overall excellent. I will come back at my next visit."

Lovely landmark hotel

"I love me a heritage / landmark hotel so Caravelle was a big excitement for me this trip! The hotel comes with a rich history and was very welcoming and the room was beautiful and had an elegant, rustic touch to it. Facilities looked great (pool, gym) but didn't have time for them. Location is great and near to shopping malls and historic sites. "

"This is a very unique property. It is very authentic quaint and eclectic. There was a little mix up at check in but it was handled quickly and professionally. They allowed us to check out late on the day of our departure which was a life saver because we didn’t head for the airport until 8:30 pm. The front desk hostess Nhung was very friendly and polite and accommodating and we appreciated the superb customer service. The included breakfast pho was delicious and the night we had dinner the food was fantastic and the portions were generous. We were very pleased. Thank you!! "
