Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this place! It was our second year at River sands and it was just a perfect vacation. The views alone are worth it! The beach is only steps away and not crowded like the public beaches. We saw so many amazing things this year....

"The pool was right outside our door and the beach was just a few feet away. Truly can’t beat the location!!! The apartment had everything you need and communication was easy via text for anything we needed such as towels. I will definitely come back and stay there again"

"The Oystercatcher cottage was an A+! It has great amenities. The screened porch with the fans was very comfortable. We enjoyed the games in the evenings after dinner. The beach cart was very functional and hauled all the provided beach supplies easily. Today we are going to try the kayaks! "
