Very comfortable beds. Kitchen is really spacious and has good appliances. It was very clean and I had no issues. The kids loved the pools, and hot tubs as well. I would definitely like to come back to this plce next time.

The location is great with stores very close, very close to IMG academy and for beaches.It had everything we needed for a short stay. There could be some improvements made but for the length of time we stayed it was okay.

We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the atmosphere was very relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby Coquina Beach and Siesta Key. Beds were comfortable, showers hot, and tvs were easy to use. Thank you for a wonderful condo to create our memories.

Shorewalk Stay

The condo was just as described, and the check in/check out process was easy. Would have preferred that the thermostat not be limited to 70 degrees (didn't need to set it at 65 degrees but a few degrees cooler would have been appropriate), but other than that, it was great.

Relaxing

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very neat, clean and well maintained. The pool area was just a short walk and that area was also very well maintained. We had the most relaxing vacation ever.
