"The hotel claims to have soundproof windows. However, if you're unlucky to get a room facing the main boulevard, you'll be hearing all traffic day and night. And this is a very busy boulevard. This is the reason why I can't give it a higher rating."

We were on the 5th floor and it felt that the party was right underneath us until 4am in the MORNING!!!!!!!! Leaving us all with next to NO SLEEP! what is the point of a hotel if you can get sleep?! Booked a room for two adults and two kids with doubled bed and sofa bed, arrived with two single beds and a sofa bed. When reception was called to see if they can offer us a double bed at least, they said we just have to deal with it as the hotel is fully booked."
