"This home is such a nice getaway nestled in the woods in a safe neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the 2 porches, well stocked kitchen, easy communication with owner, and overall cabin ambiance and cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The cottage was very nice and the view is amazing! The driveway could be better marked, as it is quite steep and hard to see - especially at night. Zero cell service, which is understandable, but there is no wifi. The lack of wifi should be clearly stated on the listing. We had to leave early because we had no communication with family/work. Bring toilet paper and paper towels if you’re staying longer than a couple days. "

"Green acres is such a gem in the cute town of Floyd! Surprised it was not full to the gills. Bruce the owner was kind and very accommodating. The pond was such a wonderful gift to escape from the heat stocked full of paddle boards and kayaks. The spring fed pond was full of nature. The inflatable trampoline provided hours of play for the kiddo’s and adult’s alike! The amenities were perfect. "
