Nicer than it appears

It doesn't look like much from the outside but the rooms were up to date, everything worked, everything was clean. Don't have any complaints and we would stay here again if in the the area. It's a good option for the money if you are looking for a place to sleep and shower while in the area or on the road. It's not a 4 star hotel but you're not paying for a 4-star hotel.

Great location, kind staff, parking lot is well lit, safe, quiet, clean. The room smelled like it used to be a smoking room, but the staff was kind enough to allow our dog even though they no longer take pets, so we assume we’re in an older room because of the dog. It was a fine trade off, we appreciated them accommodating us. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was excellent. Great stay.

The reception was very friendly. The hotel was very nice from outside. Interior needs updated and a top to bottom cleaning. Wasn't dirty but a deep clean would do wonders. For the price i cant complain. Quite area ,with a little updating this would be a top notch hotel for the area

Our second stay at this location. As with the first stay, the property and room were in great shape and the staff were helpful. Love being able to park right in front of the room. The laundry room and ice machine were right next door. Convenient. The one issue we had was that the room smelled like a hamster cage. It was enough to be annoying but not overwhelming. We had some disinfectant spray which we used to cover it up. A few hours with the AC on and it (mostly) dissipated).

Met the Basics

We were attending a local music festival, and all we really needed was a clean room, comfortable beds and hot water. Those basic needs were met. However, the hotel is very old, and some of the renovation attempts are falling short. Wallpaper was down in places, there was a large drywall repair in our room which needed papering/painting, and there were no tissues or bathmat. In addition, there is something unusual about the electrical service. Charging a phone took a long time, and my wife's CPAP machine kept going off and on during the night.

Rude and creepy

The manager was rude, one of the beds had cereal in between the sheets, we felt like we were being watched the entire time. Any time we stepped outside the manager would come out of he office and look right at us. A guy that was cleaning the grounds kept coming by our room and giving my 15 year old the creeps. Wallpaper peeling in the bathroom. AC was extremely noisy. Over all the room was decent and the beds were comfy.
