"Place was great and our dogs loved having access to the beach. Typically only a couple of other folks out on the beach at any given time. We got lucky with weather, but no AC is tough in the summer - the house could use a ceiling fan to increase airflow. The back deck has a gate, so it is fully fenced in - a big win when traveling with dogs - as it increases the number of "safe" spaces. We loved hanging out on the deck and reading - for the most part it is shaded for the entire day."
