Great location! However the upcoming renovations will hopefully improve the rooms. The rooms feel cold with their hard surfaces and odd layout/bathrooms. The "energy saving" features result in low flow toilets, faucets, shower and weird lighting. The shower has very little pressure and the temperature control knob came off resulting in cold showers.

We stayed one night and the room was nice, airy, clean & the bed was very comfortable. We liked that it's a smaller, boutique style hotel with many amenities on site. It's very convenient to the downtown area, food, shopping & other sites. There was construction but we didn't hear anything once inside the hotel . We definitely plan to visit again and would be happy to stay here.

Service was overall great, room could do better.

Service overall was great. But couple of things were unacceptable. The lotion container was empty and had not been filled. The sink would not drain quickly and would get clogged. So kind of gross. Considering that they charged more than 300 bucks for one night of stay I feel they could do better.
