"The property is very cozy for a quick getaway. Amazing hot tub and a very comfortable sleeping arrangement. Although, the place is located quite far from most activities or attractions and the road up can seem daunting. We did have a problem with a propane leak which they fixed. "

Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. From the gorgeous house with tons of natural light, to the beautiful garden and gigantic citrus trees, you with feel better almost instantly once you arrive. The claw footed cast iron soaking tub is exactly what the doctor ordered for relaxation, and both Sunrise and Sunset are something to behold here. "This is an above and beyond home. Every detail is meticulous, not ostentatious but lovely, warm and inviting. The bed was the most comfortable ever, the kitchen was insanely equipped with everything you could possibly imagine, the grounds were immaculate, the hot tub was wonderful and it was one big playground for kids to explore and revel in! And the hosts could not have been nicer and more communicative and accommodating! This is definitely a place I want to come back to again and again! I can't say enough god things! I just wish there were enough beds to come back with friends because it's so spacious (I understand that's a Carmel thing, not the host choice.)"
