"Stayed here after our 17k hike from Snezka mountain and it was the best decision we could have made. Extra comfy bed with luxurious bathroom was exactly what we needed. "This is a great hotel. We liked everything about it except for the swimming pool. There is convenient parking, friendly staff, beautiful rooms and surroundings. The food is delicious and the scenery beautiful. They are trying to monetize the swimming pool, like it is a Therme, which it is not. It’s just a modest swimming pool with two hot tubs that aren’t even hot. This is not something you would normally resell. It’s something that simply should be part of the hotel package."

"In overall, the hotel is nice, the host is great and oding it's best to help and support the customers. The rooms are very clean (!!!) and that's it about the hotel. Breakfast - poor selection of verity and quantity, wifi - very poor access. and finally, I was charged twice, a mistake that can happen - but the host is refusing the refund and sending me to take it with hotels.com. bottom line - will advise to find something else, evern closer to the city center."
