Wonderful hotel, staff, and breakfast.

A great value hotel that is clean, comfortable, wonderful breakfast and has a good location. This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water.

Es empfiehlt sich, den angebotenen Online Check In zu benutzen. Das erleichtert das einchecken ungemeine. Andere Gäste hatten mehr Schwierigkeiten mit dem CheckIn am Tablet ohne Personal. Das Zimmer war gut, der angebotene Service auch und das Frühstück toll. Das Personal beim frühstück war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Hat uns gut gefallen

God hotel, morgenmad, beliggenhed

Hotellet var renoveret, men med dårlig isolering mellem værelser. Så var det ikke muligt at sove i 4 natter, fordi man kan høre naboer snorke hele natten eller lyd af tv indtil kl.2 om natten. Der var gratis parkering tilhørende hotellet, men var ingen ledige pladser, så parkerede vi på gaden ved hotellet. Selv hotellet ligger i meget stille kvarter, ingen støj fra gaden. Rigtig god morgenmad, meget venlig personal, men der var nogen, som kunne slet ikke engelsk. Man skal være opmærksom på, at om weekenden servier de morgenmad kun fra kl.8.00. Vi skulle tidligt til lyfthavn, så gikvi ned til morgenmad kl.7.15. Personalet var så venlig, at vi kunne spise det, de havde allerede forberedt.

Hotel stranou od centra, klidná čtvrť, útulný a čistý, VYNIKAJÍCÍ SNÍDANĚ, v neděli až do 11.h pochvala. Hotel bez restaurace, na večeři jsme šli do hotelu Pytloun na Hodkovické ul. (cca1,1km)

Mindre hotell med bra parkering för bil och mc på trevlig innergård. Lyhört. Frukosten ganska okej. Fanns ingen restaurang trots att det stod att det fanns, men personalen tipsade om hur vi kunde beställa utkörning av pizza/pasta/osv. Ändå prisvärt om man är på genomresa och inte har så stora krav.

Jestem zawiedziona.

Jesteśmy zmuszeni reklamować pobyt. Rezerwowaliśmy pokój superior ze śniadaniem w hotelu z restauracją tajską. Gdy dotarliśmy na miejsce, okazało się, że restauracja jest w remoncie i z tajskiego jedzonka pozostał tylko smak...do tego nieprzewidziana awaria systemu, przez którą nasza rezerwacja nie została wprowadzona. Plusem była tylko szybka reakcja Pani Recepcjonistki, która zaproponowała inny hotel ..niestety standard i warunki jakie otrzymaliśmy, nie pokrywały się z tymi które rezerwowaliśmy.

Czysty, ładny, ale nie polecam na relaks

Pokoj numer 1 w tym hotelu nie nadaje sie dla osob chcących sie wyspać i wypocząć. Każdego ranka od 7 rano dobiegają hałasy z pokoju służbowego ulokowanego obok jak i trzask naczyń z szykowanego sniadania

Za ty penize dobre

Z pozitiv urcite poloha v ustrani a cena. Pokoj cisty, proces ubytovani bez problemu. Personal maximalne ochotny, prijemny a usmevavy. K negativum zapach z odpadu v koupelne, na triluzkovy pokoj silene malo mista, ale dalo se to prezit. Z okolnich pokoju bylo slyset skoro vse od sprchovani pres mluveni. Tv signal absolutne tragicky ale to tu pisu jen kvuli diteti ktere se rado podiva rano na pohadky. Ja bych tv ani nepustil. Snidane za 200 kc na osobu mi prijde taky dost. Celkovy dojem neni spatny, az na par drobnosti je hotel dobry. Kdybych se do Liberece vracel asi bych zkusil neco jineho. Za tuto cenu se ale bude hledat tezko.

Nicht für Familien geeignet

Es ist ein kleines, hübsches Hotel mit guten Ansätzen, jedoch fahren wir dort nicht mehr hin. Bei unser Anreise roch das ganze Hotel bis in die Zimmer extrem nach der asiatischen Küche, die dort angeboten wird. Auf Kinder ist man nicht eingestellt, müsste jedoch an nur an ganz wenigen Schrauben drehen, um dies zu ändern. Auf der Abendkarte ist u.a. nicht ein Gericht ohne asiatische Gewürze, was Kinder im Allgemeinen nicht mögen. Das Frühstück war okay. Der Jargon der einzig deutsch sprechenden Rezeptionistin war durchgängig etwas hochtragend. Für uns ist der Pfingstmontag ein Feiertag, an dem man wie am WE eine Stunde länger frühstücken könnte. Das war jedoch ein Irrtum und so wurden wir sehr maßregelnd darauf hingewiesen, als wir uns geringfügig verspäteten. Da war mir und meinen Kindern dann auch der Appetit vergangen, und das kurz vor unserer Abreise. Fazit: Mit kleinen Dingen wie Freundlichkeit und ein Auge für Kinder bzw. Familien kann man Großes bewirken oder eben nicht. Schade !

Durchschnittliches kleines Hotel, beengtes Zimmer.

Wir hatten 5 Zimmer in diesem Hotel über Expedia für je 49 € gebucht. Der Portier hat uns für jedes Zimmer 1695 CZK in Rechnung gestellt und in Unkenntnis des Wechselkurses gesagt, dass dies 49 € entsprechen würde. Tatsächlich waren das jedoch 62,50 €, also knapp 30 % zuviel. Expedia hat es innerhalb eines knappen Jahres und ca. fünf langen E-Mails mit allen erforderlichen Unterlagen nicht geschafft, den zuviel gezahlten Betrag zu erstatten. Vorsicht vor diesem Hotel. Meinen Expedia Account werde ich löschen.
