"A few of the staff members are great, namely the two young men. The women that work here have no business being in customer service of any kind. Getting a towel is harder than the advanced calculus. Its a great location, and the rooms are spacious and would be perfect, but they're filthy. The bed has bugs that have been biting me despite me washing the sheets myself.
