"Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. "

"Despite appearing to be an ordinary pub, the accommodation was modern and recently fitted. The room was comfortable with a big bed and a good private bathroom. A well equipped communal kitchen was also available. We were made welcome. "

"We would generally stay in hotels / Prem inn etc - but decided to try something different. The location was very convenient. The property was delightful - well appointed - very charming It was spotless. An added touch was access to Netflix and Amazon. Nice pub in the village too Would stay again if work commitments take us to this part of the world again. Would highly recommend this property. "
