Nice place in the centre of Sitges

The apartment was as described. The location is really good. A nice place in the centre, from which it was a short trip to the beach and Sitges film festival venues. Handing over the keys and communication was clear. We recommend this apartment.

I booked with (and paid) Expedia for this booking. I was supposed to receive check-in instructions from the host and a link to a Vrbo account to manage the booking. I had not received either by the published check-in time on my day of arrival. It was very difficult to establish who was acting on behalf of whom. As well as the involvement of Expedia and Vrbo, it transpired that the host believed they were renting their property via Homeaway, via a local agent in Spain. The number of parties involved provided opportunities for one party to blame another for the situation I found myself in Clearly the host did not receive my messages where I was asking for help, either because (by their own admission) their ‘phone didn’t work’ or because they had tried to contact me on yet another different app ‘Abritel’ which I had never heard of and had not at any point been invited to use. I eventually got through to speak to Vrbo who agreed that under the circumstances they would issue a refund so I could go ahead and book somewhere else. Having done this I called Vrbo back who then REFUSED the refund. It was reasonable for me to have expected to have been given the information I needed to enable me check in at the published time (16:00). When I reached out for help, this was not forthcoming, instead, the host decided they deserved to keep my money which was (for obvious reasons) a decision fully supported by Vrbo and Expedia.

Fantastic location

The location of the apartment was fantastic. Everything was just around the corner. The beach, restaurants and shopping. Susanna, the hostess, was very friendly and offererad great tips for really good restaurants with good value for money. Overall a fantastic stay!

Magnifique appartement propre et fonctionnel, hyper équipé, accueil formidable par Susana, personne très sympathique. Petit bémol, l'entrée de l'immeuble mériterait un certain rafraîchissement.

What a treat of an apartment

We stayed here for Pride week and a better location you couldn't get. The apartment is top floor and no lift so if you have mobility issues it may not be right for you. Apart from that it was wonderful. You have three terraces to enjoy and a well-equipped kitchen, the oven looks like its come from the space shuttle its so modern. The area could not be any better for accessing the sea front or the town and there is a great little fish restaurant underneath. The apartment is modern and clean, both bedrooms have shower rooms but you do have to share one toilet. The front bedroom and large glass sliding doors on to your terrace, the rear bedroom has a single glass door leading to terrace and washing machine cupboard. Both bedrooms have good storage and lighting. It was a pleasure and I'd stay here again quite happily!

Sehr schönes Apartment und Susanna ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. Ist eine ruhige Seitenstraße aber mittendrin. Zum Strand sind es 2 Minuten. Würde ich immer wieder buchen.

Ideale Lage - sehr schöne Wohnung

Freundlich empfangen von Susana fühlten wir uns direkt wie zu Hause. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Schritte und Supermärkte sowie Vergnügungsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit. Ein gelungener Urlaub!
