From the moment you open the door, you will feel as if you were in paradise both for the visual impact of having the sea in front of you, always full of good energy, as well as the large amount of natural light that fills the apartment thanks to its south facing orientation!
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be joined or separated) and two modern and spacious bathrooms with showers. There is also a sofa bed in the living room so that another two people can sleep and can accommodate up to 6 people in this beautiful apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare and enjoy any meal during your stay!
Without a doubt, one of the most attractive points of Sitges Sea View Paradise is its terrace with panoramic views of the sea. An ideal place to sit, eat, have a drink or simply relax enjoying the proximity of the sea!
Guests have the option of hiring a nearby parking space for a small supplement.

For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.
Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.
Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).
For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.

Great location close to shops and dining. Loved the Sitges area, the train was a bit of a distraction but worth it for the balcony view. Enjoyed the people, the beach, and the best little Gin and Tonic bar.
Had a great couple of days in Sitges. The apartment was nice and clean with good amenities. The other reviews mentioned the train so we were prepared for the rumbling which thankfully stopped between 11pm and 6am.
Very nice place. Shopping and town very convenient. Gorgeous view. Trains are close (10m). They do make noise from ~0530 to ~2330, but one learns to block them out.
Location of this apartment is fantastic. We enjoyed our views of the sea and sunsets. Walking into town is a breeze and a full grocery store is just a 3 minute walk. We loved Sitges! It was a great visit. The host was prompt in getting back to us with any issues.Our only complaint is the train. It runs from 6am-10pm and is just 30 feet from the back bedroom. We were glad it was just the 2 of us so no one had to stay in that room. If there was no train this apartment would be perfect.
The property was convenient to both the historic district and the super market. It was our first time in Sitges and we loved it. We had a difficult time finding the property using the address provided. Both a local realtor and the tourist office directed us to Terramar . The property had everything four adults from the US needed after our helpful property manager (Barbara) directed us correctly.
The property is centrally located in Sitges and has access to all local bars and restaurants and a great view overlooking the coast.
Everything was clean and easy. Parking is not easy but a nearby underground parking spot was offered by Paul and I would recommend this if you have a car.
The apartment is next to train line but we didn’t really notice it and it’s closeness to everything and views outweighs this aspect.
Paul was very helpful, provided a list of local restaurants and check in was painless.

Un bel appartement très près d'une ligne de train
L'appartement est agréable, bien équipé et plutôt bien placé même si ça prend 10mn à pied pour aller à Sitges.
Le soucis principal est la ligne de train à 10 m derriere le bâtiment, à chaque passage de train à moyenne vitesse - toutes les 20 mn au mieux - l'immeuble entier tremble et le vacarme est imposant. Nous portons habituellement des bouchons d'oreilles la nuit donc nous avons réussi à dormir mais nous aurions choisi une autre location si nous avions su/lu que la ligne ferroviaire était si proche.
Le personnel de la société de gestion est courtois, communication sans problèmes avec eux.
L’appartement est très propre et la vue mer apporte vraiment un plus dans ce lieu. Nous aurions cependant aimé que l’annonce mentionne la proximité du chemin de fer avec un passage très régulier de trains - le premier étant aux alentours de 5h40 et le dernier après minuit … c’est dommage car sans ce problème le lieu est très bien ! L’accueil et la disponibilité de notre hôte étaient professionnels cependant nous déplorons aucune flexibilité sur l’heure de départ …
