Anyone considering staying here needs to remember it is a two star hotel. I've stayed in four star hotels that were not as good. The staff are helpful, considerate and friendly. They greet you as if you're family! The hotel reception is not manned 24x7, but are on call and can arrange services to suit. Joanna in particular is a star! The rooms are big enough, the one I stayed in had walk in shower. The small fridge was adequate and the Aircon certainly worked. You are within walking distance of everywhere. The street is quiet and the bin men won't be waking you up really early. As a base it's great and not overpriced like other places. No lift.

Hostess was great and the location is perfect for Sitges. Air conditioning was powerful and per unit, and bathroom was large. Beds were comfortable and the third floor terrace was enjoyable. Some old furniture but nothing non functional.

This is a budget aparthotel which is very reasonably priced. The room has an en suite toilet with shower, in addition to a minifridge. Where the room lacks in fancy amenities, it certainly makes up for in cleanliness and in the welcoming and helpful host. The area is a 5 min walk away from the bus/train station and from the old town and the seafront. There are numerous shops and restaurants in the area which make this place great value for money. Will definitely book here again if I'm back in Sitges.

Great location near the centre of town
This is a small hotel near the centre of town. The room was spacious and clean. There is no breakfast or restaurant, but there's lots of cafes nearby, or a supermarket you can buy things for breakfast.

Great location
We had a comfortable 2 night stay at Hostal Termes. Great location as close to many restaurants, shops and an easy walk to the beach. The use if the outdoor terrace near our rooms was a real bonus.

A gem in Sitges!
I usually stay at other hotels in Sitges over Easter, but Hostal Termes seemed like it for good reviews for a good price, so thought I’d give them a go! I wasn’t disappointed! Reception staff were great and once you’re used to them not being there all the time as it’s a Hostal/Pensio (I’ve never stayed in one before) it’s absolutely fine! The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms are bigger than mine at home! There is air conditioning, a tv, wardrobes and a mini fridge. The balcony has a table and 2 chairs and is a good size. Rooms were cleaned daily if you wished. Small downsides (but nothing that wouldn’t make me stay again) are that there is no safe so I stashed my money/passport under the mattress! The decor in my room was a little tired, with some damaged plaster and a leaky shower, but nothing that could be rectified with a bit of TLC. Finally, the walls are quite thin, so I could hear everyone else and there were some guests staying who unfortunately did not have consideration for others so were slamming doors, banging about and only thinking of themselves at 2am. Other than those small niggles, I would absolutely recommended Hostal Termes! It’s a little gem on a quiet street, 5mins from the centre of town and the beach. Brilliant!

basically no service
Nobody at the desk when I arrived and the door was locked but the maid called and somebody came shortly to give me the keys for the room. He said he was going out for lunch and would return but that's the last I saw of him so there was pretty much no one ever at the desk. Had trouble with the wifi to check in for my flight and went downstairs to ask but no one was there and the maid called the desk person who said he would come back at 5 p.m. but he never showed. Also seemed to get woken up every hour of the night by people in other rooms so the soundproofing is not very good in the rooms.

Le meilleur Hostal de Sitges !
Accueil, situation et excellent rapport qualité prix, ce petit hotel est super calme à deux pas du Parrots et de la plage. Je recommande absolument !

Mon épouse et moi avons passé 3 nuits. Nous avions une préférence pour une chambre au 3eme étage avec terrasse pour notre chien. L'hotelier a eu la gentillesse de me laisser cette chambre. (J'avais réservé 3 mois à l'avance). Cette chambre était propre, calme et une bonne climatisation. Et la terrasse était spacieuse. Le gérant de l'hotel et le personnel très gentil et arrangeant. Parking de la ville un peu cher (75 euros pour 3 jours), mais pratique car à 2 minutes de l'hotel. Et le centre ville avec ses belles rues piétonnes également à deux minutes. Donc tres bonne situation de l'hotel. Juste un bémol: il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Mais nous étions avertit à la réservation. Vraiment super hotel! Je réserverai à nouveau!
Belle terrasse donnant sur une rue calme, avec unpetit muret de protection pour éviter que le chien tombe . Quelques tourterelles nous ont rendu visite.
Table spacieuse sur la terrasse, avec 4 chaises confortables. Nous sommes venus à l'hotel avec notre nécessaire pour le petit dejeuner. Tres agréable le petit dejeuner à l'extérieur. Terrasse ombragée le matin. Store pour obtenir l'ombre l'apres midi
Lit tres confortable. Clim qui ne fait pas de bruit. Chambre propre avec une salle de bain tres fonctionnel avec une belle douche à l'italienne

Points positifs : - proximité immédiate du centre ville avec bars/cafés/restos/supérettes et plage - proche de la gare renfe direction Barcelone avec des trains toutes les 10min ( 5 min à pied ) - Chambre très propre, lits confortables, avec SDB attenante - Accueil très chaleureux, Yolanda est vraiment très à l'écoute. Points négatifs: - aucun moyen de se garer à proximité. Il y a bien un parking souterrain sous la place à 1min à pied mais le prix est rédhibitoire ( 27€ la nuit ) Il faut donc se garer à perpette....et tourner des heures...et nous y étions en avril, j'ose même pas y penser l'été !!! - chambres assez petites avec mini frigo et mini TV ( format écran d'ordi ridicule ) - plus d'eau chaude pour notre dernière nuitée... l'ensemble nous a donc laissé l'effet douche froide et c'est dommage car le prix était attractif mais les inconvénients sont de taille.

Muchas gracias por su opinion, me gustaria aclararle algunas cosas sobre sus comentarios, lamentablemente no podemos hacer nada con el precio del parking ya que es una empresa privada ajena al hostal y ellos ponen los precio libremente, pero para su consuelo, los precios del parking son los mismos todo el año, puede aparcar gratuitamente o en las calles de alrededor del hostal o en una zona un poco mas alejada, a 5 minutos a pie, pero entiendo que no lo supieran, si nos hubieran preguntado hubieramos estado encantados de indicarles la ubicacion.Respecto al tamaño de las habitaciones, son las propias de un establecimiento de nuestra categoria, aun teniendo mas servicios que la competencia de la meva categoria, la nevera es un mini bar, la TV de 19 ", lo correcto para dos personas puedan estar confortable, si es cierto que accidentalmente se apago la caldera y estuvieron 1 hora sin agua caliente, pero fue algo puntual

Buenos dias Si mas apartados te refieres a 5 minutos caminando de la ubicacion del hostal pero tambien en el centro y a la misma distancia de la playa y zona de ocio, tienes razon estabais mas apartados No os dejamos sin habitacion, os ubicamos en un estudio con mas servicios que las habitacion que habias reservado, asumiendo nosotros la diferencia de precio, no obstante sino os hubiera gustado la ubicacion , al dia siguiente teniamos disponibilidad ya que se os cambio la ubicacion por un problema de ultima hora y en ningun momento me dijistes de cambiar por lo que entendi que estabais bien, solo me lo dijiste al marchar para que os hiciera una rebaja en el precio Siento no os haya gustado

Halte repos d'une nuit à Sitges.
Comme nous le faisons régulièrement, nous avons fait une pause sur notre route France / Espagne en passant une nuit à Sitges. L'Hostal Termes a un excellent rapport qualité/prix, situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique de Sitges, dans une petite rue très calme.

Stop à Sitges en route pour la France.
Un arrêt de deux nuits dans cette merveilleuse petite station balnéaire. L'Hostal Termes offre un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Le personnel est charmant et toujours prêt à aider. Le patron sait se mettre à disposition de ses clients pour leur faciliter tous les petits soucis qu'ils pourraient rencontrer.
