AC not working & Technician took 45 mins to repair it at 11:30 PM... The filters were clogged with Heavy Dust... It seemed like the room was allocated to us despite the Front Desk knowing about these issues... also the room was dirty and not cleaned. There was nail cutter & nails lying near the side table when we Checked In... Unhappy with the overall stay experience... would not recommend...
