  • The house is set within an exclusive park with a large lawn and lush olive trees and typical plants, a small and fun play corner with swing, trampoline, hammock and a slide suitable for younger children, various Mediterranean plants typical of Sardinia they perfume and enrich the external area.

    The apartment is located entirely and exclusively on the ground floor of a large two-family house, has a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in each bedroom, is equipped with bed linen and towels.
    The modern and functional furnishings are also suitable for large families and groups of friends.

    The veranda, furnished with a large table and a comfortable sitting area, overlooks part of the park and enjoys a quiet and relaxing view where you can connect with the surrounding nature.

Wie ein Ferienhaus im Park

Wir waren im Mai 23 für eine Woche in dieser schönen und grosszügigen Wohnung. Sie ist gemütlich und funktional eingerichtet und hat einen tollen, attraktiv gestalteten Aussenbereich mit Sicht auf Bäume und weitläufigen Park. Wir durften vom grossen Erdbeerfeld pflücken, was morgens immer schön war. Ausflugsziele in der Nähe gibt es viele ebenso wie schöne Strände. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht ganz mit, aber wegen des gut geschützten Sitzplatzes konnten wir trotzdem oft draussen sitzen. Diese Wohnung können wir allen empfehlen, die einen ruhigen und naturnahen Urlaubsplatz suchen. Herzlichen Dank an Denise und Ihre Mama für die Gastfreundschaft!

traumhafte Strände

Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Wohnung der Gastgeberin Denise sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Zimmereinteilung ist mit grossem Wohnbereich und 2 abgetrennten Schlafzimmern perfekt für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und sich erholen. Er ist zudem schön gepflegt. Die Wohnung befindet ca 1.5km Luftlinie vom Meer gelegen. Zu Fuss ist das Meer wegen fehlenden Fusswegen schlecht erreichbar. Mit dem Auto erreicht man aber in 10-15min traumhafte Standstrände. Die Gastgeberin Denise ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Familiäre Oase zwischen Olivenbäumen

Denise und ihre Familie haben uns herzlich empfangen und die großzügige, saubere Wohnung, der weitläufige Garten und die Abgeschiedenheit der Unterkunft trugen dann den Rest dazu bei, schnell anzukommen und sich in der Ruhe zu entspannen. Vom Garten hinter dem Haus genießt man einen tollen Blick auf die Berge im Hinterland. Alles Erforderliche ist in der Unterkunft vorhanden und die Gastgeberin erfüllt alle sonstigen Wünsche, wenn es ihr möglich ist. Kleine Wehmutstropfen waren das Trampolin, dass leider kaputt gegangen war (ein Neues ist wohl geplant) und dass der große Kamin im Haus für unseren Geschmack etwas zu viel Rauch und Geruch in der Wohnung hinterlassen hat. Der Außenkamin bzw -grill funktioniert aber bestens! Die Matraze des großen Bettes ist toll, diejenigen der Einzelbetten sind nur für Kinder/Jugendliche geeignet. Strand 5 min, Supermarkt 15 min. mit dem Auto. Ergänzende Empfehlung: Pizza im Poseidon Café in Santa Lucia! Danke für die schöne Zeit 🙏🏻

Posizione strategica per visitare alcune tra le più belle spiagge d’Italia, casa molto bella con giardino smisurato perfetto se hai bambini e se ti piace il contatto con la natura. Ospitali, cortesi, disponibili, ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit schönem Garten

Wir waren eine Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung und können sie sehr empfehlen, sofern man eine ländlich gelegene ruhige Unterkunft sucht. Grade mit kleinen Kindern war der große Garten mit Schaukel und Hängematte prima. Man erreicht zahlreiche schöne Strände schnell mit dem Auto, zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es 15min. Die Vermieterin Denise ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wenn man etwas kritisieren wollte, dann das etwas spärlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört, da wir meistens abends draußen im Garten saßen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Nous avons séjourné 17 jours, avec nos 3 enfants dans cette superbe maison. Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis. Les propriétaires sont d’une grande gentillesse et générosité , disponible au moindre soucie ou question. La maison est située dans une impasse au calme, avec un superbe jardin, à 5 minutes de superbes plages et idéalement située pour visiter une bonne partie de la côte Est et l’arrière pays. Elle est fonctionnelle et spacieuse avec 2 grandes chambres et une terrasse à l’ombre. Nous nous sommes senti comme à la maison. Merci Maria et Denise A très bientôt

Super séjour au calme

Très bonne adresse proche de plages magnifiques comme la cala brandinchi , capo comino ... L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée d'une très belle villa sarde , ce qui permet de profiter du jardin très bien entretenu et arboré (barbecue , coin repos ). L'endroit est calme et reposant avec tout le confort souhaité , notamment une spacieuse cuisine bien équipée . Enfin Denise est à l'écoute , serviable et de bon conseil pour visiter la Sardaigne . Adresse à ne pas manquer pour un prix correct.

Casa in campagna da favola

La casa è immersa in un giardino meraviglioso . Ha un portico freschissimo con delle sdraio e le stanze sono spazoose, compreso il bagno. Le spiagge sono vicinissime con la macchina: la costa lì e ‘ meravigliosa! La sign Denise gentilissima e molto disponibile. Ci torneremo!

Schöner ruhiger Urlaub

Grundstück ist riesig mit Spielplatz, Katze und viel Platz für sich ... ideal mit Kindern. Haus liegt etwas abseits der Hauptstraße und verspricht Ruhe. Super Urlaub!

FINALMENTE!!!!

Partiamo dal fatto che non sappiamo rinunciare ad una settimana in Sardegna durante il mese di giugno quando ancora non è molto affollata. Normalmente villaggio turistico e si parte! Risultato, la vacanza è sempre bella ma difficilmente l'appartamento ti soddisfa in pieno. Quest'anno abbiamo deciso il contatto diretto con un proprietario privato. Vista l'ubicazione e le foto abbiamo prenotato............ L'appartamento è situato in campagna ma a due passi dal mare e da spiagge bellissime, spazioso, comodo sempre fresco e ventilato, molto pulito e ben attrezzato. I proprietari, che abitano sopra, sono persone squisitamente gentili, molto accoglienti, cordiali, disponibili, riservati e sempre attenti a non disturbare. Ringraziamo tutta la famiglia DEIANA, che ci ha fatto assaggiare meglio il sapore della Sardegna vera, quello fatto di accoglienza e di cortesia.

Location fantastica, imme...

Location fantastica, immersa nella tranquillitàa della campagna ma ad appena 1,5 km dal mare. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort, con la cucina completamente attrezzata, e comprende la possibilità di utilizzare un camino in muratura all'esterno per le grigliate. Le pulizie erano impeccabili. La spaziosa veranda risulta incredibilmente piacevole per le cene all'aperto, c'è anche una doccia all'esterno e un comodo lettino da sole. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e ci hanno fornito utili indicazioni riguardo alle spiagge dei dintorni, agli eventi e luoghi di maggior interesse. Siamo stati veramente bene e lo consiglieremmo a tutti, se dovessimo tornare a Capo Comino senza dubbio vorremmo essere di nuovo ospiti di Denise!

Sono lieta di scrivere che l'alloggio era esattamente corrispondente all'annuncio, ho trovato tutto perfettamente funzionante e pulito, personalmente ritengo che la ciliegina sulla torta sia lo spazio esterno che è panoramico, fresco e ampio.
