Holiday Homes in Simeto Oasis Nature Reserve

"Serafino is a very kind and helpful host and he couldn’t have been nicer to us. However, The property, while close to the beach, is essentially a windowless box (literally no windows) ; very well-built but uncomfortable to stay in. My friend and I are both medium height and thin. We both thought anyone who is tall or heavy might especially have trouble as the interior space is tight. Important to know that it is in a residential neighborhood with no stores/cafes etc."

"Room was exactly as advertized and very clean."

"Great location as it’s right by historic downtown. Elevator is out, so there’s a bit of lugging to before settling in and out."

"Very clean, in a quiet place under a green tree, ideal place for vacation close to Catania! You can start your excursions to all eastern Sicily cities from there, and of course Etna... Giuseppe and Francesco are very kind persons! We hope to come again someday... Highly recommended!"

"Everything beautiful inside. Bathroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs. It was a noisy neighborhood but had plenty of room. "

"We enjoyed our time here… unit is well appointed and the owner is very responsive. Excellent all around!"

"The property was very good, however I could not get the AC to work. Torrential downpours, so very humid. The ability to wash our clothes was nice but instructions for a hot shower would be nice."

"Zum vergessen"

"We had a fantastic long weekend at Brucoli Mare 2. We were in Sicily for a family wedding. Joe, the host, was amazing. Very flexible about check-in time and super helpful when we had questions. The villa was clean and air-conditioned and had everything we needed. Would definitely flag up that you need your own transport when staying there. Uber doesn't work and local taxis are very expensive. Nearest supermarket 20/25 mins walk away. Loved our stay. Would definitely go back. "

"Pros: Panorama Cons: Niente"

"10 minutes from Catania airport which is why we booked it. 15 minutes walk to Euro pizza which was the best we had our whole trip! Supermarket across the street. The neighborhood did not have much else within walking distance. We booked uber for airport and there is a bus (L-EX). The rental is nice and clean. It is on the top floor with no elevator. We were able to carry our luggage so it wasn’t a problem. Washing machine and drying rack on balcony for clothes. There is a loft with a single pull...

"The apartment itself is OK! It’s whoever’s operating the place that is a complete disaster! The AC was not working when we arrived! And we contacted the person to fix numerous times they responded to us once with something that was unhelpful, and they never responded again not even when we purely asked that they prorate our fee so that we could stay somewhere else! DO NOT stay here!"

"It was extraordinary experience to stay in that place -interior design and garden are something to remember, grazie:)"
