Property Description

Take full advantage of the year round activities offered in Summit County. The Ponds at Blue River is centrally located in Summit County located two miles North of I-70 exit 205 on Blue River Parkway (Highway 9). This townhouse is a short drive to Keystone, Copper Mountain, and Breckenridge. Vail is 35 miles to the west on I-70. A-Basin is 9 miles past Keystone River Run lift area.

New replacement windows installed throughout townhouse as of May 2022.

Master shower updated and enlarged.

New Hot Tub as of June 2024.

The townhouse has a master bedroom with king bed, a guest bedroom with queen bed and a guest bedroom with twin beds. All bedrooms have in suite private full bath. Master Suite has king size Beautyrest BlackICE Mattress set and granite countertops in all bathrooms. Master shower recently expanded. Fall asleep to the sounds of the Blue River rushing past outside master bedroom. Take in the great views of sunrise over the Williams Fork range from the back patio or sunset over the Gore Mountain Range from the front adirondack rocking chair set.

TV's in all three bedrooms and 55" TV in living room.

Enjoy cooking in the upgraded kitchen with all stainless steel appliances.

Enjoy the view and relax in the professionally serviced and maintained private hot tub on the back patio a stone throw from the Blue River.

An abundance of shopping and restaurants located in Silverthorne, Dillon, and Frisco should satisfy all your needs.

Great stay!

We are a family of 5 and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of room for us to hang out for the week and I love that we could get to Breck, A-Basin, Keystone, copper mountain so easily. Really a very central location with quick access to groceries and restaurants. House was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with all the pots and pans and necessities for cooking. The view from the hot tub and patio was nice. Enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay here! It was a great location - easy access to skiing, sledding, skating, and stores. The townhome was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. It felt like home. We loved the hot tub! Highly recommend.

Everything we desired for our ski vacation. Very spacious for our family of four. We were able to visit multiple ski resorts (keystone, breck, vail, beaver creek), then return each evening and relax in hot tub. Confortable beds too! Perfect for us.

Great location, great condo! Everything we wanted

Our group of 4 adults + 1 baby loved our stay here. We were very comfortable, made great use of the kitchen, and loved soaking our sore legs in the tub after skiing. Great base for skiing Summit County (or Vail) and we liked being so close to the town centers of Silverthorne/Dillon but the condo feels away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for 5 adults. Comfortable beds, nice to have the full bathrooms in each room. Hot tub was perfect. Found everything we needed in the kitchen, nice that there were spices and oil for cooking. Very nice place. The moose came to visit on our last day!

Great Location

We loved that you could hear the river while sleeping with the window open. One of the cleanest places we have stayed. It is right on a biking/walking trail along the Blue River, which was great fun for working off a good meal or a long drive through the mountains. The trails will take you all the way to Vail should you dare!

Christmas Stay

We had a great stay at this property for christmas! Close enough to the resorts to go skiing one day but close enough to restaurants/bars in town to not have to leave the area! House was very clean and we loved hanging out in the hot tub. The only thing I would suggest is putting the check-out instructions on the app as well as in the welcome guide. Thank you so much for such a great stay and we will definitely be back!

Birthday Trip!

There were four of us, and we couldn't of been happier with our stay! We had some troubles with the hot water but it ended up coming on that same night, and no problems from then on. The hot tub was great and the views were amazing! The beds were comfy and it was in a great location. 10/10

Ski holiday

We all loved our ski condo, very clean, welcoming, well appointed and also loved the hot tub after a day of fun skiing at Keystone. We missed not having a shovel to clear off the deck area to get in the hot tub. Well stocked kitchen made cooking easy.
