Quiet street that is popular for walking and hiking.

Access Summit County -Blue River bike trail and ride all the way to Vail!!
Walk to private lake stocked with fish or use the Gold Medal - Blue River to fly fish.
3 miles to major shipping and outlet mall.
This is our home that we are leaving for the summer - MINIMUM 1 month rental - discount for all 3 months.
