Put your feet up with a good book by the fireplace in the living room, or watch a movie on the large flat screen TV. Put on some soothing tunes and relax in the delightful sunroom, or take a break on the huge picnic table with a drink or two and your BBQ lunch or dinner which you have prepared in the lovely back yard BBQ area. There has even been a run set up so your delightful dog can come along too, (as long as he/she is well behaved and stays outdoors please).
They have thought of everything in the well appointed kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery, serving platters and preparation utensils to help you whip up any meal on the stainless steel gas stove/oven. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dishwasher. The split system in this open plan design will keep you warm and cool whilst you are cooking too.

3 bedrooms of comfort, the 2 main bedrooms are fitted with stainless ceiling fans, and the third room is fitted with a portable fan, a second flat screen TV and mini stereo to keep the kids happy.

The beautiful bathroom has recently been renovated with a huge shower and bath and there is a second toilet located next to the laundry which contains a top loading washing machine and clothes rack for drying.

Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels.

You will need to complete an online check-in form (Guests are required to provide a photo identification and credit card) closer to your arrival date. If you are not comfortable with this requirement, please refrain from making a booking.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.

A security deposit of AUD500 is required for all confirmed reservations. This will be processed via an online link 7 days prior to arrival and will be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.
