2½-room apartment on the 1st floor. Living room with dining area, balcony, and TV. Bedroom with double bed. Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. One parking space in the garage. Pets are not allowed. Shared laundry room. Non-smoking apartment.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Crest'Alta was built in 1980 in the Engadine style. The house is located at the entrance to the village of Surlej. The Corvatsch mountain railway is within walking distance. The Corvatsch is a popular destination in winter thanks to its beautiful ski slopes. In summer, it is the starting point for many hikes. The sports bus runs every half hour in all directions in winter. Shopping facilities are available in Silvaplana, approx. 700 m away.
