The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and spacious, however, some old pipes were exposed next to the nightstand that look old and twisted. The breakfast was pretty basic/petit with a variety of juices, hams, and fruits. Nothing exotic or vast.

So positives the staff is outstanding and very accommodating. The property location is outstanding to see old town Zürich. 10 min walk to the main train station. Now the property does not have air conditioning but they provided portable air conditioning to the rooms. The room and the shower are compact so if you are on the big size of things it will be tight. I would recommend for a short stay.
