The independent kitchen, equipped with everything you need—fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils—allows you to prepare anything from impromptu breakfasts to special dinners.



On the ground floor, you will find a bright main living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a cozy summer lounge with direct access to the garden, and a bathroom with a shower. The upper floor features three bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two bunk beds—along with an open space with a single sofa bed and a second bathroom with a shower. The 8 x 3.5–meter saltwater pool, with a depth ranging from 50 cm to 1.4 m, is sure to become the family’s favorite spot.
