"The hotel check-in was really welcoming with easy check-in. The room was really clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful providing me with information about Berlin, a good map with and how to use the transit systems i.e. buy a 24hr pass (which I did!). The staff also helped locate a kettle for me so I could make a drink in my room. Would definitely stay here again. "
