Sadly my stay at the property was cut short by Sihanoukville going into lock down. Extremely professional staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an excellent hotel by the beach once the danger has passed.

Nice property with a nice pool. Room could be cleaned up better, especially bathroom. Once the beach area construction is completed and the garbage problem on the beach and water is addressed this would be a very nice place to vacation. The breakfast buffet is the same every day so it could get boring if you are staying for a while.

One of the last remaining gems in Sihanoukville. Staff were very nice and accommodating, but nearby construction and renovations in the hotel were a bit disruptive. And the trash on the beach.. The airport pick up and drop off were problematic, so would recommend arranging your own.

So much but so little time
Great Room, great view, only one night stay so didn’t get to fully appreciate it. It’s in the middle of a developing area so looks a bit sketchy getting there but all is good. Tip - ask the resort to send a car

The road to Otres is horrible. Hard to decide if it's worth the journey even though the resort is great.

The sink in our bathroom was filthy...I have photographs. We had an issue with a lizard being killed rather than just removed as requested. Breakfast was way below the standard of of our other hotels on our trip.However, the Reception staff were truly lovely and our evening meal was ok

Beautiful beach Polite and friendly staff...typical lovely Cambodian people Dirty sink in bathroom..didn't complain though as staff work hard and I don't like to cause trouble. Gecko in room eating fruit....called staff but the guy killed it....I thought he would set it free... Breakfast the poorest selection of our trip so far...the only place that would charge for iced coffee at breakfast

Relax and Unwind
An excellent beachfront property with caring management (Thank you, Stuart), friendly and helpful staff and perfect sunsets on the beach. Repeat stay. Breakfast buffet varied with Asian and Western hot offerings. Good restaurant with some particularly tasty salad choices. Attentive servers. Sea view room well appointed; a couple of minor issues were quickly resolved. Plenty of hot water and sufficient a/c. Clean beach and water, with plenty of beds and umbrellas available. Particularly notable for those with children is gently shelving sand beach and warm water with only gentle swells. Pool looked clean and comfortable for lounging, but we didn’t use. While Otres II is relatively isolated (as yet - heavy construction area), nearby properties offer good off-property dining. Nightlife is nil. A good place for a stress-free romantic or family getaway.

Very clean hotel with comfortable bed. Terrace with sea view was disappointing. Believe only second floor has terraces and its view wasn't great. Small room, no bathtub. Breakfast buffet on two small tables with one choice from kitchen. However food was okay at the beach side. When checking out, someone else's food bill was on me. Make sure to check before you pay. Location far from everything through the roughest road condition you can imagine but decent beach. Overall, the hotel was worth only the half of the money I payed for. It was not even high sesson yet. Not going back to the hotel, and not going to stay in Sihanouk again. Different city from 5 years ago. Over 30 chinese casinos and 70 more are being built in one small city.

Lovely
Naia was lovely, great breakfast, fantastic staff, and super family friendly. The area is quickly changing with new development and construction - soon it will unfortunately be a very busy beach. Lucky for us it was a Cambodian holiday so little construction noise for us. Unfortunately there were 2 days where the ocean was full of trash - however the Naia staff were on top of keeping their beach clean. Also loved the enviromental friendly touches such as great paper straws (that actually worked), a basket to take your stuff to the beach, and refillable containers for their soap and shower products. Would love to have a waterbottle refilling option rather than buying plastic bottles of water. All in all a great time.

Isolated Beach Experience is The Right Getaway
The hotel is located in a more isolated and quiet area. If you want a short walk to excitement, then this is not the location for you. If you want a resort experience with quiet, beach, swimming pool and solitude, then this hotel is more in line with your wants. The hotel decor is minimalist but comfortable. The food and service are both more than just acceptable. The weather was overcast and Cambodian internet is not to be trusted, but these were out of the control of the hotel. A bit expensive in my opinion, but if you want a comfortable and quiet Bach getaway without loud and large crowds, then the price is worth it.

Lovely resort with beautiful pool and bar area
Highly recommend, rooms were clean and spacious. Beautiful pool and bar area right on the beach. Rooms have free WiFi and a safe. Amazing sunsets at the resort. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant was great, no need to eat out.

Wonderful Hotel!
Fantastic stay, loved the style, spacious comfortable room, large pool, excellent breakfast. Great location with nice beach bar. Sand track between main hotel and beach adds to character (please don’t tarmac!). Good choice of quality beach loungers and seating. A well managed hotel with great staff!

Lovely Hotel
We stayed here for 1 night. It is in a really good location, down the quiet clean end of Otres beach. It is quite a big hotel for the area with a few stories (it has a lift), and also looks quite new. Our room was spacious and very upmarket and comfortable. The breakfast was quite nice, nothing special, and they cook your eggs/bacon etc to your liking. It is opposite the beach and the hotel has its own restaurant (not where breakfast is served) on the beach with sun lounges out the front.

Ok hotel but overpriced
The bar / restaurant on the beach has incredible food and drinks were top notch and reasonable , I continued to eat there it was so good after I left the hotel. Other than that the hotel is so so . The room was pretty sub par and not anything to write home about , I had a 1/2 inch gap in the door all the way around and could hear my neighbors TV through the walls. The access to the beach is its redeeming Quality but you can stay at other hotels that are twice as nice and 1/2 the price. After three days I left here and went to Chan boutique which was incredible and the level of finish and design that I was expecting on one of the most expensive hotels on the beach. The place is dated and needs a redo. Stay someplace else but visit the restaurant

A very nice, comfortable, high-end beach resort experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, good restaurant with tasty selections and good portions, clean and comfortable, immaculate beach. Breakfast service had some rough edges, but nothing noteworthy.

5 Star Service in the best part of Sihanoukville
We spent just 2 nights here as we had heard that Sihanoukville was becoming overdeveloped and were not sure if we would like it. Naia is located at the far end of the beach and is a gorgeous resort made even better by it's fantastic, friendly staff. The beach bar has a great menu and there are plenty of sun lounges to go around. I cannot think of a single thing I would want to change. Special shout out to Somsuk, one of the waiters who made sure we had everthing we needed and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

I picked this hotel based on reviews and pictures. First I have to say the rooms are as shown in the pictures and the food is very good. Ok now the bad. The beach was very dirty. My son pulled up a piece of wood with a nail in it. However, what ruined it for me and actually the rest of my trip was the fact that the hotel was negligent with their facility. The wood in the pool deck was so rotted that my foot went right through. When the manager came to see what happened he apologized, offered me a drink and told me that he knew about the rotted wood and it was supposed to be replaced. Not one time in the two days after did anyone else come to contact me but the pool deck was out of service for the rest of the time. Another draw back for me was the cleaning. They moped and swept the room but left the plates and did not take the dirty towels, they just left new ones.

Elegant boutique hotel on beach
Everything was great except the food is too expensive. Next door is a great restaurant with much better prices. Eg large bottle of water (3.50) is $1.00 next door! Beautiful pool and beach. Staff keep beach chairs and area clean and well maintained! Great breakfast included. I would def stay again.

The location close to the beach is really the best thing about this place and the made to order breakfast is delicious. The beach in front of the hotel is very clean and you can easily spend an entire afternoon just relaxing. Shared taxi from airport is $5 per person. Most people in the tourist spots return change in US$, if you have $20 or $50 then better to use at more reliable places. Also kudos to Cambodian tourism for really clean restrooms in major tourist areas.

Clean, relaxing, comfortable new resort
Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The room and hallways were very clean. After walking back from the beach and bringing sand everywhere, the staff clean the floors very well. It was comfortable to walk bare feet in the room without having sand stuck to the bottom and then having sandy beds. The room (seaview deluxe) was spacious and the view was great as it overlooked the pool and beach. Balcony was great too. The toilet was separate from the shower room which is a bonus! A big problem we found was the connecting door between the rooms were not sound proof - could hear everything our neighbour were discussing. The food in the restaurant was very good, not a massive selection but they were all cooked very well, especially the seafood. Food is expensive when compared to what you can purchase in town, but if you add the costs of going into town and back, then eating in the resort will be cheaper. The resort also offers a tuk tuk driver you can hire to take you around Sihanoukville. The beach and beach bar was relaxing, however the constant nagging from the locals to join their tours, buying sunglasses, bracelets or massage were extremely annoying as you try to enjoy the tranquillity of the area. Not sure if the resort could limit the pestering as the beach is a public area. The locals do not bother you if you sit in the bar area. The staff were friendly, helpful, smiled and remembered the customers however, the English standard was not the greatest. Will come back!

Beach front hotel with perfect sunset views
The Naiai is on the beach in Otres 2. Try & get a sea view room to watch the perfect sunset, if not watch it with a drink in the beach bar. The rooms are large and clean with luxurious bedding. The swimming pool is a good size. There are many beach restaurant & bars within walking distance. The Naiai restaurant serves a good selection of well made food but seemed strangely empty in the evenings compared to some of the other local places, so tended to eat there during the day when there was more of an atmosphere. The Naiai feels a bit more like an upmarket Mediterranean boutique hotel than a SE Asian one. As ever with Cambodia the staff couldn't be more gracious.

The hotel is fine and clean, the "sea view suite" has a nice view of the ocean and lots of space also for the kids. The breakfast and beach side restaurant served good food. Beach was ok, but it was disappointing to see dirty water discharge directly to the beach from every hotel in the neighborhood. If you walk few hundred meter to the north you can anyway find nice uncontaminated spots of free beach. There is not much to see around. In general I felt Sihanouk-Ville overpriced (Taxi, Tuk-tuk, restaurants, organized tours) compared to Siem Reap where probably there is more competition and choice.

Staff were very helpful but a little inexperienced. Rooms spacious and well decorated. nice outlook to sea from balcony. Nice new resort so everything still looking quite good.

Great location and super friendly staff
Naia is a modern, more European deco style hotel. Very clean and right on the beach, just separated by a small dirt road. They have an equally modern restaurant right on the private beach, which is very clean as well. Haven't tried the food at the hotel though. Nice pool and good for families. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night since it started raining heavily and typically won't stop for 3-4 days in the rainy season, so we moved on to Kampot. The most remarkable and unique appeal of this place is the staff, from the owners to the hotel manager and the staff at the bar and F&B area. Everybody was extremely friendly, helpful and you can tell they love working at the hotel and for the foreign owners, who truly care about their staff, their livelihoods and professional development in the hotel industry. This is something you don't see very often and this seems to be the reason why everybody is going above and beyond and cares about the success of the hotel, the quality of the service and satisfaction - or delight - of the customers. You definitely won't regret staying there no matter what type/style hotel you prefer because the staff will make you happy and relaxed.

Great short stay.
Great short stay at this hotel, food was fantastic and staff helpful and friendly. From the room to the hotels beach area, everything was great. Wouldn't be able to suggest improvements! Would stay longer next time
