Sadly my stay at the property was cut short by Sihanoukville going into lock down. Extremely professional staff and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a an excellent hotel by the beach once the danger has passed.

Le futur est prometteur

Situé face à la plage,bon restos,bon cocktail. Bar au 4e étages avec couché du soleil splendide. Mer très belle. Nice property with a nice pool. Room could be cleaned up better, especially bathroom. Once the beach area construction is completed and the garbage problem on the beach and water is addressed this would be a very nice place to vacation. The breakfast buffet is the same every day so it could get boring if you are staying for a while.

泊まるならビーチ沿い

ロン島の渡る前に一泊だけ利用しました。 朝食はメインを選択＋セミブッフェで、規模を小さいながらも無駄のないラインナップで満足度が高かったです。無料で一時間カヤックができました。 徒歩圏に飲食店もあります。コンビニはありません。 ホテルの周辺はもちろん、シアヌークビルはどこに行っても工事だらけで土埃が凄いです。シアヌークビルに泊まるなら、街中よりビーチ沿いをおすすめします

非常に良い。 環境問題に疎いカンボジアで脱プラや、リサイクル、過剰なハウスキーピングの軽減などエコロジーなリゾート経営をしている貴重なホテル。 植物が中庭にあり部屋に虫が入ることもあるが、なぜか許せてくる。逆にこれが自然体かとさえ思わされる。 建物は古いが逆にその味わいがでている。 部屋は広くてきれい。 目の前に広がる海もきれいで、中国の開発によって汚れないでほしい。

One of the last remaining gems in Sihanoukville. Staff were very nice and accommodating, but nearby construction and renovations in the hotel were a bit disruptive. And the trash on the beach.. The airport pick up and drop off were problematic, so would recommend arranging your own.

Das Hotel gibt schon beim Betreten den Eindruck -angekommen und willkommen zu sein. Das ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und haben die Tage entspannt genießen können. Zimmer und Essen waren Top.

So much but so little time

Great Room, great view, only one night stay so didn’t get to fully appreciate it. It’s in the middle of a developing area so looks a bit sketchy getting there but all is good. Tip - ask the resort to send a car

宿泊自体は満足いくものでした。ただし、更に良くして頂くために幾つか。 ・バスルームのタイルが裸足のままでも滑りやすいですし、ソープで更に 滑りやすくなりました。 ・ホテル裏側でモノを燃やしており、風向きや裏側から出入りする際に嫌な感じがしました。

The sink in our bathroom was filthy...I have photographs. We had an issue with a lizard being killed rather than just removed as requested. Breakfast was way below the standard of of our other hotels on our trip.However, the Reception staff were truly lovely and our evening meal was ok

Beautiful beach Polite and friendly staff...typical lovely Cambodian people Dirty sink in bathroom..didn't complain though as staff work hard and I don't like to cause trouble. Gecko in room eating fruit....called staff but the guy killed it....I thought he would set it free... Breakfast the poorest selection of our trip so far...the only place that would charge for iced coffee at breakfast

Relax and Unwind

An excellent beachfront property with caring management (Thank you, Stuart), friendly and helpful staff and perfect sunsets on the beach. Repeat stay. Breakfast buffet varied with Asian and Western hot offerings. Good restaurant with some particularly tasty salad choices. Attentive servers. Sea view room well appointed; a couple of minor issues were quickly resolved. Plenty of hot water and sufficient a/c. Clean beach and water, with plenty of beds and umbrellas available. Particularly notable for those with children is gently shelving sand beach and warm water with only gentle swells. Pool looked clean and comfortable for lounging, but we didn’t use. While Otres II is relatively isolated (as yet - heavy construction area), nearby properties offer good off-property dining. Nightlife is nil. A good place for a stress-free romantic or family getaway.

Nydelig strand

Fantastisk strand (Otres 2) og hotellet har egne område med solsenger. Hyggelig betjening. Veldig stille på kveld. I området ligger flere hotell/resort etter hverandre, og det er mulig å bruke restaurant hos de andre. Veien utenfor hotellet var forferdelig. Man er avhengig å bli hentet uansett hvor man skal. Så bortsett fra stranden er det ikke så mye annet man kan gjøre.

Very clean hotel with comfortable bed. Terrace with sea view was disappointing. Believe only second floor has terraces and its view wasn't great. Small room, no bathtub. Breakfast buffet on two small tables with one choice from kitchen. However food was okay at the beach side. When checking out, someone else's food bill was on me. Make sure to check before you pay. Location far from everything through the roughest road condition you can imagine but decent beach. Overall, the hotel was worth only the half of the money I payed for. It was not even high sesson yet. Not going back to the hotel, and not going to stay in Sihanouk again. Different city from 5 years ago. Over 30 chinese casinos and 70 more are being built in one small city.

해변 바로 앞이며 가족들이 오기에 매우 좋음 Right front of a beach, it is very good for family 시내 까지 멀고 주변에 공사를 하고 있음 It is far from the city center, and there is construction work around the hotel. 호텔과 상관 없지만, 길 포장이 전혀 안되어 있음 This has nothing to do with hotel, but the road very very bumpy

Lovely

Naia was lovely, great breakfast, fantastic staff, and super family friendly. The area is quickly changing with new development and construction - soon it will unfortunately be a very busy beach. Lucky for us it was a Cambodian holiday so little construction noise for us. Unfortunately there were 2 days where the ocean was full of trash - however the Naia staff were on top of keeping their beach clean. Also loved the enviromental friendly touches such as great paper straws (that actually worked), a basket to take your stuff to the beach, and refillable containers for their soap and shower products. Would love to have a waterbottle refilling option rather than buying plastic bottles of water. All in all a great time.
