Siesta Key Cottage – Best Value! Just Cross the Street to the Gulf!

"This is a small, charming studio-style apartment directly across the street from the stunning Siesta Key Public Beach. The apartment has all of the appliances, creature comforts, and facilities for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and rolling caddy for a trip to the beach. A small well-kept and private courtyard sits just outside the door with a bench swing, chairs, and a picnic table. This ground floor space is quiet, has adjacent parking, and is located a short distance (less than 0.5 mile) forom Siesta Key Village, home to a beautiful grocery market, cafes, and shops. The internet, large screen, and appliances worked perfectly and the bathroom and shower facilities were sleek, functional, and comfortable. I would stay again both solo or with a partner."

"The room way very clean. The house keeping came and replaced our towels as needed and took our used towels without asking- superb. They were always available when needed and so helpful. The location was prime. Honey moon was great and highly recommend this place to everyone. Will be coming back again."

"The property was even more than expected. The host went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect.Absolutely Amazing Vacation Rental!We had the most incredible stay at this vacation rental! The location is truly unbeatable, only about a 2-minute walk to Siesta Key Beach.The house itself was absolutely perfect for our group. It is spacious, beautifully designed, and full of amazing amenities. The theater room and game room were extraordinary and kept everyone entertained for hours. The outdoor areas are just phenomenal , the pool area, golf course, volleyball court, soccer court, and barbecue area made it feel like our own private resort.One of the things we loved most was how well the house accommodated a large group. There are two huge kitchens, game room, all the bedrooms has a tv, the kitchens are amazing, making meal prep easy and convenient, and the bedrooms are very large with plenty of beds for everyone to stay comfortably.This house is absolutely breathtaking, and the attention to detail throughout the property is impressive. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and designed for both relaxation and fun.A special thank you to Betty, who was an amazing host from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much, Betty you are the best!We can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you for everything!"

"Absolutely wonderful stay. We had an incredible time here. House was spotless and we loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck watching the little salamanders running all around. The kitchen had every tool that we needed. The host was fantastic and fast to respond if we had questions. Highly recommend and we will be back next year."
