All the staff I interacted with was incredibly cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was simple, prepackaged items, coffee, instant oatmeal, granola bars, yogurt... The bed was firm and the a/c worked great. I'll absolutely stay again the next time I'm in Reno/Sparks. "
