"Great place to stay. Very clean. Wonderful staff. Great location. Would stay again. A few things to know: (1) the main pool during the day is loud - DJ’s, music, activities, etc. There is “quieter” adults only pool but you can still hear; (2) I only ate at the buffet, not at any of the restaurants. The food was not great but plentiful and no lines. The food at the pizza place and snack bar at the pool was also just fair; (3) nice beach but can’t swim in the ocean- too rough; and (4) I hear you get a better experience if you are a “member,” but there really no sales pitches to become a member. Despite the above, would recommend, unless you are a foodie looking for 5 star dining."

"This property was beautiful, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the beach was not swimable due to tides. I am uncertain if that was temporary or a constant occurrence. A bottle of water cost 15 dollars at the main restaurant in the hotel. Imagine the price for all other menu items, very overpriced. Overall, it was a decent experience."

"The amenities would have gotten higher marks except that our favorite pool (Pool 40 next to Tazuna) was closed, along with pool 26, both closed for the entire month of May. The Fun Lab was also closed but we didn't have any teens with us so that didn't bother us, but I would have been disappointed had I planned on using that. On the plus side, we learned that we like Pool 17 and despite 2 of the pools being closed, Pool 17, the Main Pool and the SKy Pool were not overly crowded. The staff were very attentive and wonderful. Shout out to the amazing server extraordinaire: Roberto! He was fantastic. In general, staff would also have gotten higher marks if they had been trained on how to handle an extremely inebriated guest poolside. Instead, we watched a passed out guest on a lounge chair and on the ground wollow for hours as he dry heaved semi-consciously while staff figured out what to do. It was sad to watch his 3 children cry, his wife kick him trying to wake him up, and the general confusion about how to deal with it all by the staff. The wife refused medical help. It was a "buzz Kill" for us watching and I wish the staff could have removed him from the area much earlier. They did finally wheel him out. There should be staff proticol to deal with this sort of thing. We have been to this resort many times and never witnessed such an event. Overall, the food was excellent and the drinks were cold. Plus, the view can't be beat and rooms were quiet."

"I spent one week at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica and had a fantastic/relaxing time. The adults-only atmosphere made it the perfect escape. I particularly enjoyed Steak House Restaurant and Penninsula , pool all inclusive services were excellent and A huge shoutout to Amanda who saved me life by providing me with real Aloe Vere after having to much sun She made my stay special. While you can't swim in the ocean here, the pools are beautiful and the shuttle to the sister resorts makes it easy to explore. Highly recommend for couples looking for a quiet luxury getaway!"*I like the fact you can use all Pueblo Bonito resorts and enjoy time there as well where you can swim in the Ocean at the El Medano Beach at Rose Resort My one of the Best Vacation Loved that and I give 10/10 for all accommodation."
