"This is a great hotel where its greatest asset is its location. The beach is across the street and there are shops and restaurants everywhere. The daytime reception host seemed a bit off. At one point I’d come down to ask a question and there were already three people in line and I waited while he was talking to the person I believe taking the next shift right in front of everyone. Speaking very loudly and for five minutes all they did was talk to each other. With a line of people you should be devoting all your attention to the people in the line and then when you have no line you can take care of your own business. He made several errors with our room, but eventually straightened everything out. Overall, it’s a good hotel and the other people work in the reception desk were very nice and friendly."

"The property is very clean, well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The entrance courtyard has beautiful plants and flowers and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the mediterranean and surrounding mountains. The pool in the centre of the common area is very nice and would be perfect in warm weather. It was too early in the season for us to use. This property is best for a couple or a couple and two children. It is well located and close to a grocery store, large shopping centre, bus station and local bus stop. It is a 15 minute bus ride to the water front and Old Town. Tanja and Miguel are excellent hosts and went out of their way to be helpful. Renting a car allowed us to explore the beautiful countryside and villages and cities nearby. Driving is certainly more challenging then we are use to with the roundabouts and number of cars, buses and scooters plus winding mountain and narrow roads but we adapted. Spain is a beautiful country and the food is fantastic!"

"Fantastic hotel! Ideally located at end of main boardwalk and walking distance from the core of the city. A truly upscale modern experience, with all the amenities, and helpful friendly staff. Room was A++ and breakfast was great. One of the best hotels we stayed at during our visit to Spain. Highly recommend."
