Ci era stata assegnata una stanza sulla strada, abbiamo chiesto di averne un'altra più tranquilla e ci è stata data. La stanza definitiva era abbastanza silenziosa, ma ho paura che se si dorme lungo la strada il rumore sarebbe eccessivi, almeno per chi come noi ha il sonno leggero. Per il resto tutto ok, personale gentile, pulizia buona (anche se il gel doccia era quasi finito), colazione abbondante.

La struttura e' curata, una villetta ristrutturata non lontana da Porta Camollia, locali climatizzati e rinnovati, camera for nite di ogni comfort, minitaglie di alta qualita', colazione ricca con torte fatte in casa e servizio rispettoso delle more Covid-19. Sara la receptionist professionale e disponibile. La struttura meriterebbe una stella in piu'

Very good stay if you visit Siena with your own car. Free parking available inside the hotel compound. The city center is a bit far by walking but you can easily reach it by car. Food options are also mainly available by driving, but there is also a restaurant in the hotel which we didn't try. The breakfast was sufficient with mainly sweet and healthy choices. Service very friendly. The room was the budget room, because of that pretty small for two persons.

Struttura che sembra nuova e molto bella, sia all'esterno che all'interno. Le camere sono belle e ben oulite, cosi come anche il bagno. L'unico problema è che la prima sera, appena arrivati, abbiamo notato che la doccia era intasata. L'abbiako riferito al personale che ha subito provveduto a sistemare tutto. Successivamente c'è stato il problema che c'era una perdita d'acqua nel sottostante ristorante e quindi abbiamo dovuto lavarci velocemente. Ovviamente questo non è stato di sicuro colpa loro. Colazione buona e abbastanza varia, dal dolce al salato. C'è la possibilità di richiedere qualcosa per intolleranze al glutine/lattosio.

Nice place to stop in Sienna

Okay - not what we were expecting. Cute hotel - but our room was dark and not updated. The bed was not especially comfortable. (When will hotels give you enough good pillows?) Parking was free and off the street (if you get one of the first 5 spots). Internet worked well. The breakfast, however was excellent. We took a 30 minute walk into the central part of the city and so enjoyed seeing the Duomo there. Fun shops and restaurants were all along the way.

Très belles photos loin de la réalité...

Attention si vous choisissez cet hotel. Les photos sur le site sont belle et accueillante mais la réalité est différente. L'hotel se trouve à une fourche entre 2 rues passantes, les photos nous laissent croire que nous allions être dans la campagne !!! Au contraire il se trouve à l'Entrée de Sienne dans une zone très bruyante. La chambre que nous devions avoir ressemblait plus à une cellule de prison car la fenêtre était plus que petite. L'hotel était malheureusement pour nous, complet et nous avons donc payé 2 nuits que nous n'avons pas utilisé et nous avons du partir de cet endroit... Le personnel à fait son possible pour nous accommoder, mais cela n'a pas suffit à nous faire envie de rester

Ótima opção em Siena

Não tivemos problemas em nossa estadia, fomos muito bem atendidos pelos profissionais, que foram cordiais em nos explicar o que fosse necessário. Nossa viagem foi a turismo, a localização do hotel é fica a 45 minutos a pé do centro histórico. Utilizamos o estacionamento do hotel. Quem precisa de secador de cabelo, aconselho levar um próprio bivolt, visto que do hotel é fraco e demora a secagem. O box do banheiro é pequeno. O hotel não possui elevador (ficamos no segundo andar), mas nada que interferiu na hospedagem.
