One night in Siena

Hotel is ok for a night or maybe two. The staff was very nice, especially the man who met us a check-in, answered all questions and helped out with the highlights of Siena. Hotel condition is ok, but everything is kind of old. Nice parking just next to the hotel. Breakfast is ok but not great. All in all good value for money if you need to stop for a night in Siena.

Awful!

The whole experience was awful - I give below just a few reasons. 1. One cannot check-in after 11 pm as nobody stays at the reception overnight. They could've give me the code for unlocking the outside gate but could not care less. 2. The WiFi works sporadically, meaning almost never. 3. There are no restaurants nearby, so you have to take a bus or walk to the city to eat. But then again, if you are back after 11 pm they would lock you outside. 4. Almost nobody from the staff speaks English. 5. They wake you up in the morning to offer you something even if the "do not disturb" sign hangs on the door (see item 4). I think this should be enough to make you think twice before booking this establishment. Cheers, Nicolae

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Besuche der Innenstadt und auch für Fahrten ins Umland. Volterra und Grosetto jeweils 1 Std. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühstück etwas einfacher, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Local lindo! Cama confortável e com roupas de cama e banho novas e limpas. Banheiro espaçoso e chuveiro quente. As recepcionistas super atenciosas e nos indicaram o estacionamento gratuito perto da cidade. Café da manhã farto e maravilhoso. Hotel perto de supermercados e farmácia. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo: Cominciamo con il dire che la stanza non rispecchiava le nostre richieste, la tenda esterna parasole della finestra era divelta, la finestra del bagno non era zigrinata e non aveva le tende, quindi per andare al bagno con privacy, bisognava abbassare le tapparelle che si incastravano di continuo. La cosa peggiore è stato scoprire che era privo di bidet nonostante nella prenotazione ne fosse riportata la presenza. Siamo quindi andati a chiedere delucidazioni alla reception che ci ha accolto con un: “non è possibile mi creda, è scritto bene che non c’è!” Ho quindi dovuto insistere per verificare insieme che sulla prenotazione era la PRIMA cosa che risultava nel bagno; alla fine hanno controllato e hanno dovuto darmi ragione! Ho così chiesto in cambio stanza, ma mi hanno comunicato che il bidet NON era presente in nessuna stanza dell’albergo! L’unica cosa che avrei potuto utilizzare erano delle “fontanelle” di acqua che uscivano direttamente dalla tazza del bagno, una cosa davvero priva di ogni igiene! Ultima cosa, la sala della colazione, situata al piano -1 senza alcuna finestra e ricambio di aria! Per il costo pagato, con dispiacere, non consiglio!
