Domus Nannini - Siena Paradise Apartments offers this elegant apartment in Historic Palace of 1400 called Palazzo Nannini located in the heart of Siena with amazing panoramic views of Siena, its best architectural wonders and the countryside on the horizon.

Painted ceilings up to 5 meters, from its spacious lounge you can enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Siena and its most important architectural wonders with the Tuscan countryside on the skyline.

The palace is located in front of piazza Salimbeni and the noble palaces Salimbeni, Spannocchi and Tantucci at the begin of Banchi di Sopra, the main shopping street of the city-center.

Third and last floor of Palazzo Nannini, a 1300 palace which takes the whole first part of Costa dell Incrociata, located at the beginning of Banchi di Sopra, the main shopping street of Siena and in front of Piazza Salimbeni.

80 Sqm plus 15 Sqm in the mezzanine bedroom. Entrance with mirrored closet and window on the internal courtyard, from the corridor there is the marble bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower head with separate diverter.

The main living room have 5 meters high ceiling with exposed wooden beams and a painting that surrounds the whole room of 40 sqm, mirrored wardrobe, capitonné sofas and armchairs, 55 "HD TV with Netflix and a wonderful panoramic view on the best architectural beauties of Siena, the bell tower of the Torre del Mangia, the magnificent Duomo of Siena which is the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta and the Basilica of San Domenico, which stand out on the medieval roofs of Siena with the green of the hills of the Tuscan countryside that surrounds it.

The height of the ceiling allowed to create a bedroom in the mezzanine suspended above the main living room, which is accessed by a staircase of 10 steps, where there is a comfortable and spacious King size bed with HD TV and dedicated air conditioning machine for the suspended floor.

You can access Palazzo Nannini from the begin of Costa Incrociata, the street that crosses the main shopping streets of the historic Siena center.

The Palace extends throughout the first part of the street, from the corner with Banchi di Sopra, the main street of the city-center, to the one with Via dei Termini.

We are at a crossroads between some of the major streets of the historic center, Banchi di Sopra, via Montanini, via dei Termini, via Pianigiani and via della Sapienza, hence the name Costa "Incrociata" ("Crossed" Cost).
