"Good part: close to Centro, Duomo and Campo. But: No charm, nothing Italian about it No comfortable chair Poorly furnished Coffee maker leaked half of what was being made Woke up to no hot water….took 12 hours for someone to show up No spare toilet paper Bathroom adjacent to bedroom Had motion sensor light; flooded the bedroom with light any time it was used. Never again. "

"We had the best time during our short stay in Siena. Our hosts were great! Picked us up from the train station, answered all of our questions, gave us good recommendations for dinner, made sure we were comfortable in our stay & even drove us to pick up our rental car! We couldn't have asked for more. Not to mention the location was ideal also! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!!!"

"We had trouble finding it and did not have a phone number to use to find it. Someone finally responded to the web inquiry and met us and let us in. Then when we used out key it wouldn't work. They sent someone and their key didn't work either. Then they figured out how to get us in, and it was good from there. The place was OK but you did have to climb a spiral metal stair to the bed / Loft. You had to go up and down to use the bathroom and that was not convenient especially at night. "

"We spent 4 nights in this small apartment in Siena in July. The property manager met us at the apartment and led us in. She was quite helpful, explaining how things functioned in the apartment. We were provided a city map which was useful. The kitchen sink and stove were much smaller than they appeared online and not conducive to cooking / preparing anything as the counter was only one foot deep and not very wide.
