All round excellent hotel and staff. In particular Annie was exceptional as she gave us great tips and recommendations for the local amenities. When we did the tour of the temples she suggested packing the hotel breakfast. This was also a very nice touch. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

Loved the property. Nice, quiet and not too far of a drive from the attractions that we wanted to see (temple). also not far from restaurants and bars if that's your thing. Thida was amazing. Also like to say hi to "Weh" our tuk tuk driver that pick us up from the nearby airport. Nice people. nice time, wish we stayed longer. Thanks my good people! See you again soon.

Location was great for visiting Angkor Wat. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with direct pool access, which we enjoyed. Included breakfast had a variety of options, and was very good.

The property is really modern, but also gives a spa vibe. The staff was really friendly and super helpful as well. The little touches like water and the cannisters of tea and herbal tea (which were amazing) were really nice. The spa had just reopened and I received a 5 hands massage & foot reflexology. It was amazing!! Definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great 4 night stay at this boutique hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, clean and well maintained despite the long covid hiatus. The hotel surroundings are very quiet and there aren’t many dining options nearby. The town centre is a 10 min tuk tuk ride away so this wasn’t really an issue for us. The highlight of our stay was the staff. They were truly amazing and made our overall experience in Siem Reap very pleasant, helping us organize tours, drivers and restaurant reservations. We basically turned up without any plans and they sorted everything out for us. Highly recommended!

Hotel is a long way from town and no hotels or bars nearby. Staff very friendly but you are isolated. Pool and rooms good but expensive compared to what else is available.

Our stay was amazing! We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the hotel accommodated us with in room decorations and a cake! The aesthetics in the hotel was beautiful too! The location is very convenient!

Right Hotel you must choose once you come to Siem Reap! I don’t know where to begin with this review! First and foremost, I want to recognize the incredible staff of this hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure my fiancé and I were happy, well-fed, and taken care of in every way. We are both vegan and they created special off the menu dishes, re-wrote recipes to make them not include eggs triple checked all ingredients with us prior to serving us. In addition to the food, we booked two full days' worth of tours through the hotel and were introduced to our tour guide Silong who we will be life long friends with. The information he provided us and the interest he had in his job and our lives were truly special. The hotel grounds and rooms are impeccable and we truly cannot wait to come back and enjoy more time at this wonderful hotel and city. Thank you, Anjali!

Beautiful, green & eco-friendly! Wonderful place to chillax. Apart from being out with walking distance of exciting downtown Siem reap it was perfect. It's located between the airport and the town center. From the moment they picked us up, everything was just right. Respectful staff, clean and stylish hotel, comfortable and quiet rooms (apart from our friends), and tasty breakfast. Very nice. Full marks.

A relaxing and unique experience. The restaurant provides great food, the breakfast included in the price is buffet type with lots of choices, includes Cambodia Dish and Western Dish, while the lunch provided is also delicious and at an acceptable price. We take good rest every day we come back to the hotel, which provides turndown services every evening. The smell is good and feels like a luxury 5-star hotel. The hotel is a little bit far away from pub street and needs 3USD for tuk-tuk travel between hotel and pub street. However, the hotel provides a shuttle bus at 6:00 pm. Also, the distinct location gives a quiet place for relaxing which is an advantage. I highly recommend Anjali by Syphon for the stay at Siem Reap.

‘’Awesome Hotel’’ The ANJALI By Syphon is a very attractive newly refurbished boutique hotel. It has been decorated in the traditional Cambodian style with a lot of green surroundings. There are lots of sitting areas on the terrace. There is a beautiful swimming pool. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were unfailingly gracious and charming. The breakfasts are excellent with a massive choice of oriental and international dishes. We especially enjoyed having Dinner. The rooms are chic, with comfortable beds and good quiet air conditioning. It is in a great location; one can walk to the local market for shopping. It’s is a short taxi away from Angkor Wat.

‘’Maybe the best hotel we have ever stayed in’’ We saw the reviews and when we got there we began to appreciate why they were so good. This is a great boutique hotel, not too large but with all the facilities you need, well maintained, well decorated. What stands out though more than everything else is the outstanding service in every aspect of the hotel. From being welcomed at the door with a cold towel, to trip recommendations, to great services and an amazing spa.

‘’The most amazing customer service’’ We virtually had this hotel to ourselves and therefore, by default, we got all the staff as well. We received a lovely welcome and were shown to a huge comfortable room. The Staff were little pockets of energy, always there to greet us with a cry of ' welcome back' which was so nice and made us feel very special. The hotel is placed midway between Siem Reap and Angkor Wat so a tuk tuk ride isn't expensive whichever way you choose to travel. There’s also a very lovely swimming pool, at the grown, for that cooling dip.

‘’Amazing stayed at ANJALI By Syphon’’ From the moment we were picked up at the airport by the Mr. Pheng who was very professional. All the staff were lovely and could not do enough for us. It was our wedding anniversary while we were there and several of the staff and Pheng arranged for our room to be decorated and gave us a beautiful Flowers. It was a lovely surprise.

‘’Excellent Hotel’’ I'm late submitting this review, (stayed early Month) and I don't write many, but the ANJALI By Syphon Hotel deserves to be congratulated! We stayed in a Deluxe Twin room in what I think is the newer part of the hotel and were surprised by its spacious size, gorgeous velvet furnishing, and wonderfully comfortable beds.... excellent value in Siem Reap. The room was blissfully quiet at night. The staff are delightful as well as efficient and really made our stay memorable, particularly our favorite, super-smiley barman at the bar Lounge. overall an excellent stay!

‘’Awesome Hotel’’ This hotel is wonderful, centrally located. They have awesome customer service and tend to your every need. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet and the beds are super comfy. ‘’The best boutique hotel I have stayed in" I stayed for several nights with friends to visit Angkor Wat, it was the perfect refuge to pick up from the start, the reception was fantastic with the hotel pick-up who provided us with refreshing towels and bottles of water. The atmosphere is fantastic; the staff are very attentive. And the pool is large enough to swim laps. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds extremely comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and adapts to your requests and allergies. The bar is really nice. I highly recommend

A paradise getaway
Beautiful retreat tucked away from the street. As soon as you step in, you feel like you experience an instant feeling of relaxation. great friendly staffs and they know you throughout your satay and to make sure you are comfortable. It was an excellent hotel and would highly recommend. Very clean and the lush green makes it feel like a paradise with the small but nice pool. Definitely smaller and boutique hotel which I really like Rather than large hotel where you are just a number. Would come back again!!

Hidden Oasis
We loved this hotel. The staff is so friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Rooms were great and property is spotless. It's like a hidden oasis in the middle of town.

Fantastic and very attentive staff. Gorgeous facilty. Each and everyone seemed totally intent on making sure that our stay was perfect to the last detail. Beautiful room. Quiet location. Away from the super touristy district . We felt safe walking down the dusty streets and exploring the local real world. Delicious breakfast buffet. On the day that we got up early to go and view the sunrise at Angkor Wat, the staff provided a breakfast to- go and helped with a flashlight. They also arranged pick up to and from the airport which went very smoothly(thank you Mr Tan Chummit!) and introduced us to an excellent tuktuk driver,Mr Em Vuthy who was always checking to see if we needed to go anywhere. He took us everywhere we wanted to go (including artisans d'angkor from where we took their free shuttle to the silk farm which was really interesting) and he also gave us a great local tour on our last day ( the war museum, Pagoda, lotus farm, crocodile farm, along the river . We stopped to visit locals at their stilt houses., the old market....where the fish were so fresh they were literally jumping out of the baskets, and then he dropped us off at the night market where we went to Kings Rd art area and got dinner before heading back. Our three days in siem reap were packed with taking in the sights so we did not get time to use the gorgeous pool. Thank you to the staff at Anjali for making our visit truly memorable.

From the hospitable staff, tasty drinks and bar food, hearty breakfast, lovely , quiet room, to the tranquil grounds, all made for 3 calm days. I have been traveling for over 3 weeks and this hotel is by far my favorite.

Lovely boutique hotel with a beautiful ambience. The pool area, bar and breakfast areas are serene and inviting. The staff is very helpful. Great breakfast and nice rooms. Will definitely go back there

Quiet and pleasant with excellent Spa facilities. It will be good if the staff explain and guide single travellers with tour options and costs. The staff are very pleasant and helpful - but not forthcoming with advice and guidance for sight seeing. For example - they will say that one could take the car - but not explain the cost fully or the cost different between using the hotel 'tuk tuk' and a car.

The hotel is very visually appealing however the customer service is what made this place extra special. Almost everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. For example, the front desk manager always had an exceptionally warm and friendly smile, the head of housekeeping said hi to me each day, the head chef came out to tell me specifically about the steak I ordered and the spa desk staff went out of their way for me 3 days in a row. I saw everyone so frequently and was helped so much that I even came to remember some names such as Hun who waited on me frequently the restaurant and for room service. There was also Sokheng and Anat who provided an excellent Four Hands massage one evening in the spa that I highly, HIGHLY recommend! I did experience a few, minor inconveniences over the course of my stay that aren't worth mentioning (and have already been mentioned in other reviews) but I believe that is to be expected when you travel. Anything I brought to the attention to the staff was promptly and swiftly taken care of in a very professional and friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again if my travels ever brought me back to Siem Reap.
