Downtown Sidney fully furnished 3 bedroom home 1900 Sf. with mostly new furniture and a large sitting area on the balcony partly with roof to stay dry in case of rain but still giving enough opportunity to sit in the sun.
2 min walk to downtown waterfront, shops, supermarkt and restaurants, 1min walk to Eastview park and ocean.
UPPER MAIN FLOOR (newly furnished):
Large living room with gas fireplace 65" Sony tv with sound system and large outside balcony streetside, large kitchen with ss appliances: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, main bathroom and 2 large bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom).
GROUND LEVEL:
Entrée with hallway and stairway to main level, 1 large bedroom or office with gas fireplace, tv, desk and sitting area with coutch (queen size hide a bed) and separate room with new washer/dryer.
Parking under home and on driveway, garden maintained by gardener.
Everything you need is there just bring your suitcase!
