Really cute place! The place was spotless and the beds were super comfy which was awesome because we had just finished hiking the Juan de Fuca trail and we were exhausted! Only a couple minutes from the ferry which was super convenient.

We arrived after a long, long day on BC ferries and the beds were so comfortable! Waking up and having a complimentary coffee on the balcony (with a water view point) was amazing too! A great welcome to Vancouver Island!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The ambiance is incredibly peaceful and quiet, with beautiful green scenery and a refreshing ocean breeze. Sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee, watching the sunrise and sunset, was definitely a highlight of our trip. I only stayed one night, but I truly wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy walking around the quiet neighbourhood. The owner was fantastic—super responsive, communicative, and gave us a wonderful breakfast recommendation just 5 minutes away that turned out to be perfect. The only minor area for improvement would be providing basic toiletries such as soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Since the property is tucked away high up on the hill (which makes it wonderfully quiet!), it is a bit far from a convenience store if you haven't packed your own—especially for travellers arriving straight from a flight who want to take a quick shower. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would love to stay here again!

Great place for our stay on the island! Bedrooms were very comfortable. Whole place is quite clean with all the amenities. Communication with the host was easy and quick. Check in and out was seamless. Great cafe and restaurant a quick drive away. Secluded and private cul de sac you will need vehicle to drive out to places which we had. Close to ferry and town of Sidney. Easy to get to Victoria on the main highway about 25 minutes. Would stay here again! Thank you!

This property was the perfect tranquil and relaxing spot after our very busy week on the island. A few short steps down the street afforded a stunning view of the ocean and Mt. Baker. The suite was spacious, clean and bright. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous property with ample room for our 4 people. Loved relaxing on the balcony with water view and forest behind. So clean and classy that my daughters want to live on Vancouver Island now! Hosts were easy to communicate with. Zipped into Victoria with no issues. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Modern & clean and the host was fantastic. We needed an item and it was on our doorstep in minutes. The small details were provided from coffee to Q-tips. We would stay here again and highly recommend to others.

It truly doesn’t get better than this place!The place is essentially brand new and was wonderfully quiet and absolutely spotless. The kitchen and bathroom were both well appointed, the beds and pillows were plush, and the linens were luxurious. We appreciated the multi-outlet chargers at the bedside, too.They provided a nice assortment of pre-packaged breakfast snacks as well as some teas and coffee keurig pods plus sugar and coffee mate. We didn’t use the laundry but the machines looked brand new and the hosts kindly provide pods for that, too.We also had a chance to have a nice chat with our host (who lives in a completely separate part of the place) while we were enjoying breakfast on the deck that had a nice view of the water. Very friendly and helpful. Great communication and very clear directions for arrival and checking in.This place looks even better in person than the listing. It is located in a very quiet residential area and is most ideal for those with access to a vehicle. We loved the proximity to the ferry and airport. We would be absolutely delighted to stay here again and wish we’d been able to stay longer!

This is a great place to stay in North Saanich area.The property is exceptionally clean, the hosts are very friendly and very responsive5 minutes from Sidney Pier with a peace and quiet of the country side. The ocean view is a cherry on top
