"Stair inside the room that can directly goto the other room without door/gate. Feel not safe if stranger live downstair, also not safe if young kids walking around. The toilet without any ventilation fan, make it a bit smelly. Parking area is not big enough for 2 car, maybe is the parking instruction not show clearly how to park the car. The instruction should show how two car parking in the parking area. This house better for those who only need sleep."
"My wife and i were here for snowboarding, and really enjoyed our stay. The location’s central, has a Seicomart just across the road, petrol station, and a coin laundry within a stone’s throw. And a Coop (supermarket) just down the road aswell.
The bedroom configuration is pretty compressed/tight but that’s not too bad. Everything else is great. "

"Stayed in the western style room with open air hot tub. The room was quite spacious, especially compared to other hotels in Japan. The room came with a massage chair which we enjoyed. The hot tub was on the small side but was able to accommodate two adults, and the temperature was perfect! The dinner and breakfast at the hotel were both excellent. "First time in Sapporo with family of 4. Great location as it’s close to lots of restaurants. The rooms were very spacious as well. Also multiple convenience store like Lawson & Seico Mart around the corners. There is also a small grocery store near by and a laundry place close by to do laundry if needed.
Only down side was the temperature outside was so hot (32-42 degrees Celsius) and the AC can only set to a max of 20 degrees Celsius which was hard to sleep. Good thing the next day we asked the staff to check the AC, but there was nothing they can do and offer us a fan which helped a lot as it would help circulate the air in the room. "
"Yey, Ofuro (communo bath)! Great high end hotel service and was low price during my stay in July. $150 USD for 3 people 3 beds. They carried our luggages, restaurants were amazing!, with lots of amenities like communo bath, fitness! NOW BE AWARE these issues: additional fee for Ofuro 1000 yen Fitness center 2000 yen. Also NO LIGHT weight for women to work out, only heavy weights available. Now, the building is round (tube like design) so perhaps issues with space, but our room had 3 beds and NOT enough space to walking around with 3 small carry-on luggages to be in the room. No storage or hang space much so you couldn't even get stuff out and close one luggage to create walking space. So if you are coming in with larger than carry on luggage, forget it. No way you ll fit. I think its a deal breaker.Also NO WATER provided in the room so bring your own. "
