"The room was good and the food was good. The staff were really good especially the restaurant staff. In fact, since the manager Gary has 'not' been here it's been a huge improvement."

"Clean, comfortable accommodation on a work trip to the area. Made to feel very welcome and comfortable and host kindly went the extra mile in returning a phone charger I'd left - before I'd even realised I'd left it!"

"Lovely staff were available when we could only check in late and kindly upgraded our room too, then looked after us in the morning with the continental breakfast. A great place to stay in the area!"

"A charming cottage in the center of Church Stretton. Our family of four was very comfortable with all of the additional space, and the fireplace made the chilly evenings very cozy. David was a great host who provided immediate assistance with any questions we had. Highly recommend! "
Lucea Cottage 1 Bed Bungalow sleeps 2 Craven Arms Shropshire
10/10 Excellent
"Comfortable cottage with everything you need for a short stay. The bed was cosy with nice pillows and bed linen, the sofa was comfortable and free view tv was welcome in the evening. There was a very welcome pint of milk in the fridge. As we were visiting relatives we didn’t eat in the cottage at all, but the kitchen seemed well-equipped. The shower was hot and (although not super powerful) you came out clean and warm! Handy having shower gel and shampoo provided too. Access was easy and communication with the owner good. Lucea Cottage is right in the middle of Craven Arms and very handy for the Discovery Centre and the town centre shops etc. We visit the area regularly and would definitely book Lucea Cottage again. "
"The general stay was good however, I contacted the host via the app a few times and never got a response. Also the sofas in the back room were terrible and very uncomfortable, they all need to be refilled or changed. My sister who joined us is pregnant and found it very uncomfortable to rest there. The room with the kitchen had too many tables and chairs and instead having sofas would have been nice there with the one set of table and chairs. In the description it said that one room would have 4 single beds which suited the family however the settings of the room layouts was different and so sleeping arrangements became a bit of an issue for us. The gardener and manager were very helpful but that was only after arriving that I could communicate with them. "
