"I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. It is super dirty and humid. The room has no windows. The kitchen staff are loud and it is impossible to sleep. It is in a very inconvenient area that is not near anything. I arrived at this hotel and could not stay there. I checked out that day and now they are refusing to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE."
"The room is dirty. The bathroom was also dirty and smelly. Toilet seat was broken. Property condition is horrible. A disgrace and disgusting. Not fit for human habitation. "
"Overall the property was clean, however, the housekeeper was rude and very unprofessional. One hour before checkout, we were reminded by the housekeeper to leave the room immediately before checkout time. This was the first case where I was forced to pack my bags in a hurry.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

"Upon check-in, I discovered that the room provided did not match the photos shown online. Below is a detailed account of the issues I encountered:
1. *Room Cleanliness*: The floor was visibly dirty, with dust and dirt marks throughout the room.
2. *Wall Condition*: The walls showed signs of dampness, and the wallpaper near the bed was covered with mold. I have serious skin sensitivities, and the mold exposure caused me headaches and cold symptoms.
3. *Bedding*: The bedsheet had visible blood...

"The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful.
The room is decent, not like any 3 star hotel, but good enough to stay near RGCIRC hospital.
Also, has wifi and hot water support. Bed is comfy.

There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area.
I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided.
Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation.
