"As a former Pune native, this is my go-to place to stay when I visit. It is centrally located, especially close to Old City - the Peths, Deccan and so on. The amenities are lovely. It is a quiet oasis in the middle of a noisy and crowded city. The two restaurants, in-house spa, pool, and incredible front desk and concierge services make it all wonderful. My extended family usually stays with me at the hotel."

"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. The breakfast is good and varied, the restaurant serves a wide variety of food to suit all tastes.
