Everything was perfect. Size of rooms, bathrooms . Everyone is polite. What a difference from previous years. Employees have learnt how to give service . 40 years ago when I left Mumbai and have come home so many times. This time attitude of everyone is improved. I am really impressed with everything. I would recommend if you are just transiting , a little stress if you have to go out and comeback. Metro is very convenient. Getting into a uber is challenging.

My serviced apartment was just what I need as I had to self cater while undergoing dental work. Laundry service was excellent, I didn’t use the room service for food. The included breakfast was ok. Staff were very polite and helpful. Inderjeet the doorman was a diamond.
If I had to go back to Mumbai i would use the Grand Residency again.

Breakfast was great. Room was ok, but the internet never worked. We just wanted to relax for the evening watching Netflix, but they tried to fix the Internet but it still didn’t work. I had the impression this wasn’t a one off. If this is important to you be aware of this.
