Excellent service, luxury hotel

Staff went above and beyond and service was excellent!! Rooms were very comfortable, clean and luxurious. Really enjoyed our stay here with the entire family including 2 kids (1 and 5 yo)

Wonderful place to stay in Pune. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, the rooms so comfortable and super clean. The restaurant had a great buffet. Cheff Bhushan gave us special service and all restaurant staff were so nice, specially Aradya.

A luxurious haven.

Centrally located, security conscious, easy check in with complimentary drinks. Room huge with 2 comfortable big beds. Clean and plenty of facilities including iron, fridge, TV with come sports channels. Room quiet even though facing station with triple layered glass. Large shower room with scales and complimentary shower gel and Shampoo.

Noise

Staff was excellent. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The proximity to the railway station is a major disadvantage as there is constant train horns throughout the night doesn’t allow much rest or sleep. We were on the 9th floor and there is a restaurant on the tenth floor.again the loudness of the patrons cwas rather disturbing. This continues into the early hours of the morning
