Pleasant and Peaceful

It was a very good room with spacious king bed. A nice balcony. Clean and prompt room service. Staff was friendly and responded well on time to any requests. Easy parking. Property being huge, a bit of a walk required.

Nice and huge property but staff not adequate. The reception is terrible. Poor communication with the guest as well as their internal staff. Really need to work on that aspect.

it not fully complete but already looks run down.

The Vista food is already The Gym equipment are new but the build is not well maintain. Schedule for shuttle bus to Amanora mall is hidden, hence not encourage for use.

Bad experience

Room was not as shown in the pictures. Took them forever to check me in. Very small bed with a hard mattress. While checking out, the reception claimed that one bedsheet and pillow were damaged and asked me to pay 5000 inr. Turned out they had minor food stains. Never in my life any hotel had asked me to pay for food stains.
