"Very family friendly, the grandkids loved the pool, plenty of pool toys. Bedrooms were good size, neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Owner communication was excellent. Disney parks were about 20 to 25 minutes away. Location was close to grocery stores and restaurants. "

"Good property at a good price. Furniture and beds need upgrading; cushions worn out and bed headboard was broken. Lots of wear & tear in the house and furnishings. Time to replace. "

"There was No trash bags, toilet paper, or paper towels. We had 4 guest and only had three bath towels. We had to go to Walmart and purchase two more towels, which we left there and the various items listed above. Again we left the extras at the house. No pool just hot tub. Overall not a bad place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Third year in a row we stayed here, love the house.the house could use some upkeep, faucets all leak a bit, shower heads need replacing, and most of the drains were slow draining. Sliding glass door needs attention. Otherwise we had a great stay! Hopefully we can come back next year!"

"The house was great overall. We did have some issues with the hot tub not heating appropriately but host was quick to respond and this was fixed. The rooms are very cute, the kid's loved the themes. House has tons of room for everyone. Very clean and up to date. Close drive for disney and universal. Only suggestions would be more hooks to hang towels in bathrooms and shelving space in showers. Everything else was perfect!"
